I know eywfler. I’m gonna miss tour mode, too. The only reason I got up so early is that I want to drink every last live drop of it.
Funny to think that the idea of Adam doing this was up-for-debate between Glamberts last Fall. It has been so good for Adam and it’s been fantastic for us. One big summer-long party.
Practically speaking, it has been an amazing pre-promo tour for his next cd and, quite possibly, the gig that bought his house.

But so worth it. Great livestream. Queen could never diss their motherland with this concert. That’s a given. They’d never hear the end of it. Probably have to do another dozen or more all over Europe and maybe even South Africa next year so they have a lot of planning to do.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to make it to any of the North American dates this summer but the expense from here was just too much. Hawaii is a great place to live but my travel budget isn’t what it once was.

I’ve never really understood the lyrics, they seem to be contradictory but it’s full of love and fury and defiance. Adam is so good at expressing that. It takes a sexually complicated beast to do it justice.

I think this particular Q+AL show will go down as one of the best. Every note pitch perfect. Last time I’ve heard them at this sublime level was in Kiev.
