After almost a full day of travel, Adam and Glamily finally arrive in Minsk, Belarus for their first ever concert in that country. The concert begins the last leg of this Eurasian tour. Tonight they will perform at the Palace of Sports which seats about 4,800.
The show begins at 7:00 PM Minsk time (12 Noon EDT, 9 AM PDT).

    As much as I am happy he’s a worldwide superstar I wish he’d come home! Those articles on the March thread from Kiev and Moscow are really disturbing! Hope the show today and the ones coming up are hugely successful and loads of fun.

    Those articles from Kiev and Russia are disheartening, but I admire Adam so much for going into these places, being himself and putting on his show. It may get toned down in spots, but it’s him, bringing the world to their knees. The more people see his charm and that there is nothing to fear, the more he, and others will be accepted. He is an ambassador of sorts.
    I am proud of him but that doesn’t mean I won’t worry while he is there.

    Agree, nkd. Twitter lists are in their language, no info there Frown. I suppose it is Sony Global proposing these gigs because they feel there is enough interest, and most of the fans seem to be young girls and some young guys, they may be less prejudiced. Asking the Universe to take care of Adam now!

    Uh oh. Just saw tweets that the Minsk airport is closed due to bad weather. So they won’t be able to fly to Moscow tonight after the show after all.

    Now’s the time when the tour manager really earns his/her money! How to get 17 people from Minsk to Moscow in bad weather by tomorrow night?

    They probably were trucking the equipment there anyway so maybe they can start a convoy. Still not sure that they can get there in time due to the storm even if they drive.

    Snow…schmow…Where I live that’s just another winter day. Let ‘um try trudging through 16inches or more.

    Have to say, though, they probably don’t have the modern amazing snow removal equipment that we have here.

    That sing-a-long FYE was great. Airin cat has pretty ok videos. Wonder if it’s uncomfortable for Adam to sing in that lower register like he did in FYE?.
