    I went to bed at 4 am after cleaning up after the long game.

    That Lucy was sooooo good! I’m loving the Talc vids, so clear, but I liked the Mardi video of Lucy because I could hear the guitar solo better. It would be great to hear Adam and Brian do this together some time.

    Getting ready to leave for Chicago, and just heard Evil in the Night on the Today Show, at the start of the 7:30 segment, and showing the people outside on the plaza and Halloween is in the air….great way to start my day!!!

    Comment on Joey Guerra’s review:

    The late start to Adam’s peformance was not Adam’s fault – this was not his gig & the event was badly organised by the radio station concerned. In particular the tickets had the WRONG START TIME on them (venue posters had correct 9.30 start time) & did not mention DJ Athenz the opening act was on first. Also they had too many people at the M&G. He was there on time doing sound checks earlier so he was probably as frustrated as anyone. But really it was only ~ half an hour late anyway, as he was on stage by around 10 pm. The audience turn out seemed good from what I could tell but some had to leave because of late start – particularly younger people with curfews. It’s a real shame this happened because the concert he put on was brilliant and he deserves better than this sham.«

    Adam’s start time was supposed to be 9:30. He was delayed 1/2 hour by the number of M&G’s. Half an hour. SHAME on the station for not putting this time on the tickets.

    My guest are both on their way home now. It was so great to have adamized and TexasWannaHoldEm here to share this wonderful concert! We met up with littledutchess and the duke before the concert for dinner at The Hardrock Cafe which was next door to the Revention Center. So great to see them! We were later joined by aely and her friend. Always such a good time!

    We didn’t hurry to the concert, knowing Adam wouldn’t be on for a while, ha, but got in shortly after 8. I don’t know the reasons for him starting so late but the peeps on the floor started booing as the DJs appeared at the side of the stage just after 10.
    But it was a great concert getting The Light and Lucy for the first time. I wasn’t real familiar with the Janet Jackson song. Underground was outstanding live! LOVED it! Of course ALN and TISI was bliss!
    I was texting with mils just before the concert started and right at the beginning, and I told her that he wasn’t in costume, because I couldn’t tell from where we were. It was minimal where you could still see him, so not too bad!

    Wow! What a great show! Three of my favorites- The Light, Lucy and TISI all performed beautifully live. I hope that they find a permanent place on the set list for this fall so all of us with tickets to the upcoming shows can enjoy them too.

    nkd– Your videos are really impressive. You have the best audio of any of the videos from last night and you have a steady hand for filming. Another nkd talent has been revealed! Thanks for posting them!

    I like to capture a few songs for myself but as I watched them this morning, I was impressed with the audio so decided to put them up. Glad you all enjoyed them. I’ve had ALN and TISI on repeat. Gorgeous!
    So wish I had recorded Underground, it was impressive!
