Adam headlines the Fifth Annual Miami Beach Gay Pride Festival today. He will perform on the Main Stage in Lummus Park. His performance is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. with Chaise Candie opening the show. See the world clock below for show times in your area.

Adam-Oksana2000Tonight’s thread and concert are dedicated to Oksana2000 who passed away on April 12th. She was a valued contributor to this and other blogs. Her fiery passion for Adam got her banned at MJs and much loved here. Although she never saw Adam live, she was able to experience the next best thing – live streams, recordings and twitter lists. Thanks to those who made that possible and thank you Oksana for sharing your unique self with us!

    I’m so damn proud of Adam and so damn happy for him. Watching him receive the key to the city and seeing his excited PROUD tweets – he’s definitely feelin’ it.

    I just watched an old idol performance of Adam’s. It might have been Feelin Good. It’s when Paula says “no matter the outcome of Idol, I just know you are going to be iconic!” Interesting choice of words, but she sure was right! Smart lady!

    I think that what he’s wearing is not an “outfit,” but a “costume” – his version of the essence of Miami – love it – so striking – and who the hell else could wear that thing without looking ridiculous. Man’s a marvel.
