After six successful shows in Japan, the “We Are Glamily” tour now is in Shanghai, China. Adam has been here before for The Voice and a Hennessy Artistry event. And now he even has a game endorsement! China really loves Adam and it will be interesting to see the reaction to a full concert. The show at the Mercedes-Benz Arena begins at 7:30 PM Shanghai time (6:30 AM EST, 3:30 AM PST).

    They really loaded in a lot of extra audience at the end. Adam took a flat fee and lost out on that money apparently. Hope Brian’s tweet means that they are going back again. Percentage of the house, Adam, and make it a big stadium. What if he did an interior tour of China?

    Adam has used “freak” in many contexts and never, as far as we know, in reference to sexual equipment. (Sorry for the euphemism but I’m not sure what is acceptable on here.)

    I’m on #teammanymeanings and would like to reference “freak” in WWFM and Underneath, both of which have great meaning to him. He has some reason to feel marginalized in the industry and the tweets he got after Ann Hathaway won her Oscar clearly made him feel misrepresented and misunderstood.

    So watching a bit of the 64 minute video I saw the opening IIHY, etc, FYE which I love, Fever…didn’t seem to be an Adam sandwich, just writhing on the floor by the boys, and Strut at the end. Adam’s voice was stellar as usual. Video didn’t catch the choreo at the beginning of Cuckoo, though.

    eta: never noticed that when you think Fever is over he does this “hey yeah” back and forth with the audience. Reminds me of Queen …Another One Bites the Dust I think.

    I was really hoping he’d be wearing the blue suit in HK, love the colour….but so far he hasn’t worn the same suit 2 days running so it looks like I’ll be out of luck.
    I reckon its the light grey ones turn again….probably my least fvourite of the ones he’s worn…
