It’s on to Finland, Adam’s adopted country. His Original High tour comes to the largest venue on tour, the Hartwall Arena in Helsinki with a capacity of approximately 13,000. Just a little larger than the show in Tallinn. Adam last performed at the Hartwall Arena in 2013 with the Trespassing/”We Are Glamily” tour and almost sold out.
DJ Alex Mattson kicks off the party in Helsinki at 8 PM. Adam is on at 9 PM EEST (2 PM EDT).

    I’ve noticed in every show of his I’ve seen he’s always favored the left side. (our left, not his left) Don’t think it has anything to do with the vip’s or SPG’s. They’re usually in front/center anyway.

    Great show! His voice was fabulous and the crowd was so enthusiastic. The arena holds 13,000 and there were probably 8,000 there. His hair was so crazy fluffy and uncontrollable that he took Terrence’s hat to wear. So cute. And then Terrence split his pants and he and Adam were so cracked up about it. It reminded me of Hammersmith. Tomorrow we go to LadyNorth’s town and after a couple of days on to Copenhagen where we will meet up with the riskys again.

    Greetings from the ALL contingent in Helsinki- adamized, rs, LadyNorth and me. We had a busy day touring Helsinki and a fabulous time at the show. It was a young and very enthusiastic crowd. The venue had great acoustics. Adam’s voice was exquisite! He seemed so happy. He knows how much he’s loved in Finland. The funniest part was when he came back on stage with the wild hair. I immediately thought of luval when I saw it. Grabbing Terrance’s hat was quick thinking on Adam’s part. His hair was beyond repair. We did see Sauli a couple of times. Tomorrow afternoon we’re taking the train 2 hours north to LadyNorth’s home town.

    I just watched the whole show via Periscope and seemed to me he was all over the stage same as usual. Sometimes he favours a side if there are cute guys, but I think they’re reading way too much into what happened. We’ve all seen many M&G pics from many gigs with lots of all kinds of people. There are only a few of the serial repeaters/front row hoggers. To classify all VIPs as evil is just wrong, or all older fans too. If Adam didn’t want to do M&Gs he wouldn’t. And I don’t think he would discriminate against the people who pay extra for early entry or VIPs or M&Gs by avoiding them. He’s not mean spirited IMHO.
    And EVERYBODY videos and some were streaming/Periscoping, even the holier than thou ones who supposedly were “blessed” by his favouring their side of the stage. And, we all want to watch those videos, so why demonise them.
    Some of those who complain the loudest don’t even make an effort to attend his performances. I saw a few who “just didn’t feel like driving 2 hours” to see him, much less wait hours to be in front.
    So one of our group and I have M&Gs in Copenhagen, and I understand more are available – so why aren’t they grabbing them? Maybe more early entries are too. All artists offer these packages, costing more than Adam. Fact of life. I had one only, in Dec 2010 which was cut very short by having to share the time with many from Paris (Neil lost their pics) and Glasgow (no pics were taken). Have never been in front row at an Adam concert.
    Now those serial offenders, unless management sets some limits they will continue, but it isn’t nice to always hog the front, or suspiciously always win radio contests, or early entry without being in line, but some insider must be facilitating that. Maybe Adam doesn’t know.

    I have had one M&G in Wilkes Barre/Trespassing, and was seated on the left side of the stage and I swear he spent all his time on the right side. LOL Go figure.

    WOW, riskylady, I agree with every word of your post. Not surprised at all there are still m&G’s available. These young kids mostly can’t afford them IMO. I would do a m&g again. Never have been in the first row either. Or the second or third.

    After seeing the video I think his beef was them taking the videos instead of enjoying the show with the crowd. There were only 3 of them? That’s nothing. That means there were dozens of “locals” all around them. Think he just wanted to get things off his chest. TALC never sits close. Sound is lousy anyway.
