Adam joins Sarah Mclachlan, Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O’Donnell, Roberta Flack and many others at the second annual Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays benefit concert. According to the concert website, this event will “help raise awareness about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth homelessness and support the True Colors Fund’s Forty to None Project”. Tonight’s show is taking place at the historic Beacon Theatre (capacity 2829) in New York City, is SOLD OUT and begins at 8 PM EST (5 PM PST, 1 AM Sunday GMT). I have not yet seen any information as to what exact time during the evening Adam will be appearing on stage.
As always we will hope for great photos and videos, looks like there will be some of the usual pic/vid folks at tonight’s show so we should get some good eye candy. Our dear friends TLKC, luval and adamized from here on ALL will also be there, hope you guys have a great time! Everyone enjoy the chat and the show!

To be honest, just listening to the rehearsal of Mad World gave me chills. I am so looking forward to this duet performance! I figure he will probably do his mid-tempo (FYE) version of WWFM. Still hoping for more songs here….. Always wanting more!!

sure hope the glambert crowd stays for the entire show. It would be rude for them to pull out after Adam is on. The lineup is good, so it should be a great evening.
Well, we’ve seen his schedule and it looks like at least half of Feb and March he will be out of the country, also possibly first half of January (Vietnam and Jakarta?). And, Sauli did say on his blog that he would be visiting Finland early next year after Christmas. I’m sure they are working things out but it must be hard with Adam traveling so much. I hope the relationship survives – surely Sauli knew up front what Adam’s career would entail. And, Adam doesn’t seem unhappy at all, so…….

I don’t think this is the type of show that people would walk out of. Lots of big stars, expensive tix and reserved seats. I just hope they behave themselves. Not our group, but some of the super fans. (( clears throat )).

riskylady, Adam will be always traveling, that’s the nature of his work.I remember when Adam moved out from his rental during his GNT tour, but at that time he was living alone. Now he has someone to come back to. Adam and Sauli relationship looks strong, it could be just economics. Adam has good business head and knows what he’s doing.

I saw Cyndi Lauper in concert ages ago. She was opening for Tina Turner in Radio City Music Hall and was very, very pregnant. A night to remember.
