Adam wraps up his two show mini-tour of South Africa with a concert at the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg. The opening act is expected onstage at 8 PM SAST, with Adam expected to take the stage for a 90 minute set beginning at 9 PM SAST (2 PM EST, 11 AM PST).

PEOPLE!!! Apparently, the SA vids are giving Trespassing its bump. Yesterday it went from #160 on iTunes Pop Top 200 up to #133 today, and the WWFM video is #200 in the top 200 vids. Go figure!

Adam must be ecstatic that he’s sold out such a large venue. He so deserves great things. Exciting to see if he changes anything up from Capetown’s gig.
Curious about his band though…what ever happened to new drummer Fabian, and also, Brian tweeted “I think I’ll go back home next year in January. Gonna go on vacation for the rest of December.” What does that mean for Adam’s December shows? Will Keisha be coming back?
Anybody have info on any of this? I’m just curious.

Am I the only one having problems with this blog?? It’s extremely slow, or it goes down whem I try to refresh it.
Speaking about venues blocking wi-fi during the concert, we may have more problems in the future, cause it seems to be a new trend. Venues do not want cell-phones going on during the concert. I’m waiting patiently for YT. Or the person who was intending to do livestream could tape the whole show and then post it online????

I’m really sorry y’all are having trouble with slow site access recently. It looks like I’m going to have to change to another hosting company as the one I’m using apparently has a worsening reputation for overloading their servers. The transition will be somewhat painful technically, but it can be done. The site will be offline for a couple of days during the transition. Given that the next show isn’t until December 8, I’ll probably try to make the move sometime in the next couple of weeks. I will let everyone know when it’s going to happen.
I have to head out to walk now, followed by dinner then bowling. I’ll have a little time late this evening to update the thread with pix/vids. Please post any good links in the comments and I’ll put them up top later on.

Thanks for the heads up, eywflyer. Sorry to hear about the technical challenges. Could some of it be due to superstorm Sandy and the ongoing power grid difficulties in the NYC area? (I know MJ tweeted that her blog was having trouble too because of problems with the hosting server.) Might the situation get better over the next week or so?
Also, I’m pretty sure Adam has the Hennessy show in China on Dec. 2, so that would also be something to work around in your timing if you do make the switchover.
So many thanks to you eywflyer for your dedication to this site. I can’t imagine not being able to come here and share Adam with like-minded people. A Glambert friend emailed a bunch of us yesterday just to say how grateful she was for the web. She wondered what it must have been like to be an ardent fan in the days when you couldn’t find your fellow fans (or nutters as the case may be.)
