Good morning! Am posting here from bed! Just can’t seem to get up. It’s cold! Haven’t looked at any pics or videos yet. Must get up to my desktop (yes I still have one) to view.
Anyway, as far as the short shows I think it’s because this is not the Tour. IMO they are just showcases to practice, keep Adam’s name out there and to judge the interest. Am a little concerned that it will get played out and people will have felt they’ve already seen it. Not us, of course.
I seem to remember someone else mentioning this.
To me the real tour will have all the bells and whistles that any other entertainers would have. Publicity in major music magazines, set dates etc etc. We should have a much longer show with more new songs, staging…just everything! But will it happen like this? Only Adam and his label know. And I don’t think they’ve decided yet. Again JMO
eta: Just got up, went for a run and now re-reading my post. Tweaked it just a bit. I DO think there will be a Trespassing Tour.

Just tuning in. A bit late, I know but simply couldn’t get up that early. Very busy at work.
My favourite line so far was about the bras: “one was pink and the other he gave to Ashley” I guess he knows her taste and that’s not it.
The last few days in NZ and OZ have been wonderfully full of Adam at his sweetest and his best. Such a great group of interviews and now this performance. I wonder how many people stayed for the concert.
I wonder why Adam skipped Broken English. Did he replace it with something else? Quite a short set. That crowd is really dressed up. In their Sunday best and standing. Pretty interesting and different from Adam’s usual experience.
I still like it that bras are being “given” to Adam. It’s so funny to me. Not thrown at him, though. Now Trespassing hasn’t even been released in Australia, has it?
I notice recently that Adam is sustaining some notes a little longer. He had said in several interviews that he did that during Idol because it was a competition…the highest & longest notes. Well I think it’s still a competition out there!! Show the world what he’s got vocally & flaunt it!!! There is no one else that can do that.
This event must be the equivalent of the US Kentucky Derby. That’s why all the hats and dressup.

Just catching up. Haven’t listened to any of the performance yet, but, I do say:
I love the creepers. Always have. The blue ones and the white ones. They look so good on him. He wears them very well.
And, the blue just seems to go with the bright colors worn by so many at the races. Yes, it looks like the Kentucky Derby here.
The Graham Norton connection is pretty cool too.
Wonder if Adam went to the Boy George party?

OMG, I’m with mils, I love those blue and white creepers as long as he wears them with jeans or pants that aren’t baggie. They look great. Imho, the white creepers are better than the blue but I like them both.
The medges are my particular bete noir.
I could have smacked that guy with the red shirt during OOL. (Shamo’s video). All he did was yack and & laugh & face away from him. Adam couldn’t have missed this but of course didn’t say anything. Actually it seemed very noisy but red shirt was the most obvious.

You know, I was a little worried about this concert because many of the audience peeps did not seem like typical concert-goers. I suppose one obvious jerk in the crowd isn’t too terrible. How did he ever get that seemingly front row position???
I’m glad I wasn’t standing next to him, and I feel badly for the people near him who were trying to listen to Adam. All in all, Adam seemed to receive much love here at this Melbourne concert.
He does seem to be chatty, which would be uncharacteristic, but aren’t the red shirts security? I think they’re supposed to face the audience.
Unless I’m missing another red shirt of course.
Haha, you could be right, mieps. That would answer my front row question from above. Uncharacteristic — yes! I’ve never known concert security to socialize with the audience during a performance.
