Shoshanna Stone certainly was right when she said that there was “lots more to come”. Not only did Adam perform on the GLAAD media awards with Melissa Etheridge but he then did a bunch of promotion announcing “The Crown Jewels” Vegas show on TV and radio. Add some shots of Adam in the studio, the Attitude cover and article, and an Instagram chat. He then wrapped May up with another BUILD interview and a charity event for the Mosaic GLBT youth. You might just say that this was a warm up for the QAL Summer 2018 tour which kicks off in Lisbon on June 7th. Oh, and let’s do “Sunday Brunch” too!

Well, now, that was my kind of review, so unlike some others that seem to do their best to downplay what the band with Adam as front man have achieved.
I wonder sometimes if Adam were a little less good-looking, and/or a little less skilled (the result of natural talent and a whole lot of hard work, which he makes look easy), do you think certain snarky reviewers and other critics would cut him more slack?
Occasionally, Tothebeat, sometimes get the notion that reviewers know how brilliant Adam is, but, in deference to a legend, are loath to say so –

I think some reviewers and fans feel that QAL and Adam’s success, especially how people rave about the concerts, Adam and Adam’s voice, threatens Freddie’s legacy and the claim that he is the best frontman and singer ever. It’s becoming obvious that Adam is at least a great singer/frontman, and many now say a better singer. Certainly Freddie is an EPIC composer/songwriter.

Sadly his voice is pretty much gone. Seems he’s ok on the higher notes but nothing else. Corden had to hold him up with the singing. But his shows are always sold out & they are stadium shows! His wife’s family lives in Syracuse NY (where I live) so I’m always on the lookout if he’s visiting. Always wanted to shake his hand! Ringo not so much.

I AM going to Vegas in September! Yay! I organised my trip to NA around three days in LV for the last two shows. Meeting dear ALLers there to play. Anyone else going to those shows? I will be in New York for a week before and in Toronto for another week afterwards. I can’t stay away for too long. My father starts missing me after about a week.
