After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    Ron– Thank you so much for your recap. You are an excellent storyteller. I loved all the details of your encounter, and even found the cliffhanger pause between parts 1 and 2 to be amusing. Your comments to Adam were great and I’m sure he really appreciated them. But, of course, there’s always more we’d like to say if we had the chance. (I only had the time to blurt out one sentence of the 4 or 5 I wanted to say at the B&N signing last week. “Next time” for me too!)

    So I got my ultimate package in the mail today. I love everything in it. lol, the ring does seem like it could do damage! And stacking…yup, that’s the answer. I have a couple of ideas on what to do with the crop top. the bottom edge is already starting to curl just putting it on once. But all in all it was a fun package.

    Luval, you are crafty…I am actually thinking of turning the crop top into a toss pillow. A 16″ square pillow form fits perfectly if stitched across the bottom. It looks cute. Trying to decide what I will do about the sleeves. Could tuck them in and stitch closed.
    The neck is a little trickier. Probably just stitch a circle of black fabric, maybe from a cut off sleeve.
    Yup, I agree: a fun package.

    That’s a good idea, kradamour. I still would like to wear the crop somehow. I like the subtle “The Original High” on the front. Maybe will go to Joanne fabrics tomorrow or rip the garish VIP tee and find something useable from it.

    True, a banadanna or scarf would have been better.

    ultimathule watched it on and off, learned about Bayard Rustin and saw Ghost Town from the 2nd verse, just before the female dancers came up…

    Personally I prefer to see dancers and I just loved them during Adam’s peformance on Logo… Terrance Spencer looks great !

    The LOGO livestream was going well until I got a Maseratti ad just as Adam was about to launch into the high part. Oh well, it will be up later.
