After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    That actually happened to me a couple of weeks ago. My daughter’s school was have a Dance Theater production. She was meeting her two friends who had already purchased a ticket for her. I knew the show wasn’t sold out but I didn’t really want to see it from the nosebleed section. As I made my way to the ticket booth, a girl came up to me and asked if I was buying a ticket. I said yes. She had 3 tickets that she was giving away because family friends couldn’t make it. I offered to pay but she wouldn’t let me. I went into the theater and my seat was perfect – in the center section near the middle! Great show and I felt like the luckiest person that night. So go, TLKC! I have a good feeling about this!

    And he brought dancers!!! Small studio though so it could be the music is on tape. We’ll have to see. He’s still not announced officially by the host, but I’m exited now. Getting nervous as well. He also has 3 magazine interviews today. He only landed around 3 pm! Busy man he is!

    I just happened to see that the Chatty Man show is broadcast here on BBC Entertainment. I set it to record every show from now on, just so I don’t forget when Adam is on. So excited about this. I love it when Adam is on my TV. Clap Almost makes up for the fact that I haven’t heard him on radio here.
    Not that I would forget, but who knows if the shows are at the same time as the UK ones, or how much of a delay there is before they come here.

    eta. Episode 8 is on here tonight. Adam’s episode will only be on here in a month.

    Very sad about Postmodern Jukebox – after mils posted the other day, I checked their tour schedule and they are playing at the Music Hall in Toronto tomorrow night. Of course they were SOLD OUT.

    I keep checking but have had no luck so far. I might drop by their box office today to find out what the chances are in terms of last minute cancellations.

    TLKC, You may want to check Craigslist for tickets. There are many people, that need to sell them quickly, because they cannot attend.
    That’s how I got extra tickets to the “Glam Nation Tour”. I just paid the box office price for them. They bought too many, for family members that wouldn’t be able to attend after all.

    – Eber thinks TOH is a hit

    – that radio station yesterday had “The Light” on repeat
    – a UK DJ from Energy Radio who has heard the whole CD says that, after one listen, his favourites are Ghost Town, The Original High, There I Said It, Rumors and Lucy

    This CD is going to be fantastic to listen to!

    I’m trying twilightmagic. I can get GA tickets but I am short and worried about how much I will see. There doesn’t seem to be a seated ticket available anywhere.

    I only stand for Adam and that’s only because he’s so amazing he makes me forget how much my knee hurts.
