After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    I just watched that two part “Face Culture” interview from Amsterdam.especially part two was wonderful – a very talented interviewer.
    I especially liked that the screen framed Adam’s face, and the interviewer was off-camera. So much more engaging and intimate…Adam’s facial expressions are always animated and wonderful and it really enhances the interview to see that in close-up.

    We had quite a long conversation about the jacket Adam wore tonight on the first occasion that he wore it, quite a while ago. For a man who claims to do way too much shopping, he certainly recycles a lot of his clothes!

    Kradamour, I also received my ultimate fan bundle today. Yes, the shirts are very small but very soft and nice. The ring is better than I thought it would be, although it’s not my usual jewelry style. Stacking it is a very good idea. And it could be used as a weapon!

    I do wish that the design was just the littlest bit different – not so tall, and a less extreme bevel – but I love having it. I put it with a narrow antique gold ring with a garnet and my mother’s chased platinum/gold wedding band. The effect was striking.

    I just read the opinion…5-4 but I will take it! And Alito, the 4th, wanted only for the states to be allowed to continuing through the issue independently, he did not join the dissent of Roberts Scalia Thomas. So let’s call it 5-3-1.

    I’ll take 5-4 as well Kradamour. There was a lot of speculation that Roberts would side with the liberal justices so that he could write the majority decision and make is as narrow as possible. There are a lot of pending cases regarding discrimination towards LGBTQ people and a unanimous ruling based on equal protection under the constitution will be very helpful.

    I haven’t read the majority but I did read 2 of the dissents: Roberts’s and Scalia’s.
