After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    Am a little confused about itunes. I bought the singles off the album that have already been released but I tried to “complete” the album. I don’t seem to be be able to do this. Is it because it’s really not for sale yet?

    HI luval – you can’t complete the CD until the day of the release. I think iTunes will email us the download link and we will be able to complete it.

    Just a few notes from Q3 at Adamtopia – streaming the CD right now will not count towards first week “Sales Plus Stream HDD chart.

    BB only counts streams starting with the week of the release, so we should put away our shiny store-bought CDs and ignore our iTunes delivery and Spotify the heck out of TOH.

    Luckily this is easy to do because you don’t have to set up a playlist. Also, BB counts streams from Monday – the day before the official release.

    Until then, according to Q3, we should be streaming the heck out of Ghost Town. This is a crucial week.

    Hi skaschep..am listening to Lucy right now and you are right he doesn’t say “hey” but it’s not Lu-cy either.

    When he says “run away, run away-ay-ay-ay” 3 times is where I mistakenly heard “hey”, but it’s “ay” lol!

    I was in my car 10 minutes ago, and was listening to Z100 in Portland. They just announced that Christina Aguilera will not be returning to ‘The Voice’ next season, & that Adam Lambert had something to do with it. It was announced officially, that Gwen Stefani would be returning instead. No explanation was given? But you can imagine my body jolting!
    I loved hearing his name over the radio, and was in anticipation for them to play ‘Ghost Town’ next. But, No!
    I am sick of hearing the same songs over & over & especially Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood’
    I had to keep my composure in rush hour traffic.

    I wonder what the story is behind that comment about Adam? Question

    I have to figure out what to wear next week, when I see them next Thursday! I just hope it isn’t too hot, because of the historical building, The Crystal Ballroom in Portland.
    When Adam played there it was a scorcher! You couldn’t breath or move. But I couldn’t take my eyes off of him, so it didn’t matter in the long run! Wink In Love
