After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    I liked These Boys on first listen too. After Hours (is that the name?) doesn’t even sound like Adam. Think glambotgram said this too. But I liked it. Like them all! Max really had Adam use every part of his voice unlike the other albums where you knew it was him in every song.

    Do any of the streams have the songs listed separately to listen to? The only one I’ve used is Amazon and you have to listen to the whole thing. I want to separate some of the songs & listen. (unless I missed something with Amazon).

    Ron, even though you have a “wink” about that TMZ story, it is true that they are somewhat important in today’s pop culture. They are on top of almost every publication in breaking stories. Now if they can only find the two escaped prisoners in our neck of the woods then I’ll really cheer!!

    I just got this email from mr. (Remember her from ages ago on MJs. She is from here and was the reason that I posted my very first comment. I wanted to meet her.)

    I think ya’ll will be pleased to hear that yesterday as I walked Boogie (her boxer) through the park beside my apart., I suddenly heard a familiar tune coming out of one of the personal trainers’ music player (we have tons of personal trainers here, training people outdoors), and it was Ghosttown! Which is pretty cool for Adam

    Thanks luval. I’m just scoping out the “competition” to see what kind of exposure they are getting.

    James Taylor and Hilary Duff do not have a current single. Both are running on nostalgia but both engender a lot of it. James has pre-released 3 songs from his new CD and the iTunes popularity indicator shows that they are all well received.

    I can’t even find HD’s new CD on iTunes Canada.

    Muse has a #1 on the Alt Rock chart and their CD should do well this week and may do well next week, too.

    Well personally speaking I DO hear a MOO, it sounds nothing like YEAH to me. But the whole thing is funny, loved the cow and I am really surprised that Adam is annoyed and doesn’t see the humor in it. Lighten up Adam, it ain’t that deep.

    I actually find it a really harsh noise that does not fit the song at all. Very off-putting.
