After months of waiting, get ready for “The Original High” this month. We’ve been treated with 4 songs already but are anxious to hear the full album. Adam is out promoting at various radio stations, on TV and doing phone interviews. With “Ghost Town” slowly moving up the charts, it will be interesting to see if TOH becomes Adam’s second number one album. With timely appearances on TV during the week of the album release, his casual fans should be aware of the new music and help generate sales. Here’s hoping to a successful launch and that it leads to a solo tour!

    I am so in love with this album already! So many of the songs hit so well with me. I fell for TOH on first listen, as well as TISI. Absolutely beautiful emotional song. Lucy is awesome.
    Rumors took a few listens but it’s growing on me.
    Well done Adam!

    Adams two days in Germany – way too short.

    Couldnt go to Berlin or Hamburg at all, the notice was too short to get vacation or time off. Frown Maybe next time.

    Everywhere he went, only praises to hear. Not just about his music but about his natural, charismatic personality. They all enjoyed their time with him Smile So happy about it.

    On my way home I heard Ghost Town on one of my radio stations. Just the 2nd time I heard it on radio and it made me all giddy emotional. He still doesnt get much airplay in Germany but I hope that will chance in the next few weeks.

    AND – I still cant believe it – there is a TV spot aired on at least 2 station. I was freaking out a bit lol I think when I see it for the first time I will go all crazy…

    Ok trying to get my fangirling under control again.

    I don’t think the early release of any of the songs rules them out as eventual singles. I can’t imagine that TOH, EITN and ALN won’t be singles at some point if all goes well.
    Just my opinion as I know nothing! Razz

    Jason Derulo’s song is in the Top 5 on both the HAC and Top40 charts so he is getting a lot of streaming.

    Ghost Town has a way to go. No matter how much we like all of the other TOH songs, we need to stream GT as much as we can.

    Bonus tracks are interesting. They don’t seem connected to TOH at all. Three random songs. Wonder if he might have been going in a different direction when recording the album, then switched to what it is now.

    These Boys almost sounds like it could be something by Taylor Swift. Upbeat.

    Love his high voice in Shame.

    They are certainly very different than the rest of the album. Bit of Hawaiian feeling on These Boys and a bit Chinese feeling on Shame. They are fun, but not as great as the main songs.

    After Hours is a bit more cheesy and I think I like a bit more. A bit like Lounge music. To relax after all the dancing on the album.

    They are growing some on 2nd listen though.
