Love that article, ultimathule. I have been saying since the mj days, illegal downloading is the bane of an entertainer and is stealing. But the artists themselves have got to stop offering their music before the release dates. I just don’t understand this.

I have been thinking about that, too. As much as I love Tommy and the rest of Adam’s band, it is gonna be a whole different thing when he starts touring with them. Of course, the Voice is the same, and remember what he was able to do with just some stairs and a couple of low tables…but still. Anything is going to be a comedown from Rock royalty Roger and Brian.

Remember when a DC fan found four songs from the Trespassing cd online somehow and downloaded them on iCloud just as BTIKM was released to radio? It was as though Adam put a special present under the Christmas tree for us and we started looking at all the other presents and debating why our favourites were better than the present he/RCA wanted us to have. (It didn’t help, of course, that BTIKM was one of the weakest tracks on the cd.) Bottom line, it’s hard to sell a single when every online article is full of fan comments about other singles.
You can’t blame the us. The first 4 songs were leaked and what were we supposed to do – ignore them?
Glamberts are the best kind of fans because we buy the cd AND we show up for concerts but entertainers have an uphill battle in keeping their stuff under wraps and releasing it in a manner that channels fan energy in directions that serve the star. Leaking new songs should be a federal offense – JK – LOL!

For the past three years my birthday gift to myself has been a trip to see Adam perform, first in London and last year in San Diego! And now 3 concerts with visits to family and friends! I hope that it becomes a tradition for many years to come! I leave on the 4th of July

Hi everyone! I have so many Adam/Queen stories to tell, but I’ll pick just a couple.
Have you guys been noticing a lot more Queen on the radio lately? I have. Since the tour was announced. All the classic rock stations that always had Queen in regular rotation, just seem to have more. While driving down to Chicago, I was able to listen to both Milwaukee and Chicago stations, depending on where i was, and I heard so much Queen! Some still giving away tickets, some talking about the IHeart show.
So, today and yesterday, while driving to work, it Fat Bottomed Girls and Killer Queen. Then today it was STL and Killer Queen. And talking about IHeart again.
Anyway, all I can see is Adam on that fricking couch. It’s just burned into my brain like a tattoo on my nerve endings.
I sent THAT photo, plus the fierce one in the leopard tux and crown to my work Glamberts, and WOW. My one friend nearly got into trouble for using her phone at work to show people the pics!! LOLOLOL
