What a very rewarding month of May we had as fans of Adam: an honor from GLAAD, a return to Idol, a broadcast of Chinese Idol and the 80’s Show in Japan, the Life Ball and finally, the Hope of LA award. June seems to be a relatively quiet month with only 2 concerts; one in Pittsburgh and one in Orlando. There were lots of great photos of Adam to choose from so I hope you enjoy the GLAAD photo chosen for the main one as well as the few that make up the mosaic above.

    I was speaking with TLKC last night and I asked her what she would like to do when you are in Toronto next week.

    I reminded her that you will be here on June 7th.

    She quickly corrected me that it will be July 7th.

    Well, I was close. I knew that the month had a “J” in it. Big Smile

    What a relief that instead of 1 week I have 5 weeks to get dressed.

    The F Word (Fame) is a set of videos on the Music Choice channel with several celebrities talking about Fame. Adam was the first. We have Music Choice as part of our On Demand on Uverse – don’t know about other ways to find it, but maybe it’s on all On Demand services?
    It was quite wonderful, Adam soooo gorgeous and of course articulate.

    As you all know, I got a puppy last year and named him Trespass! Everyone loves the name but I am sure they dont have a clue its Adam Lambert related. Anyhow, while I am on the road to recovery, I told my husband I am getting a get well present, another puppy!!!!Its a girl, and she is almost all black, yellow eyes, a little brown on the legs. I want again to name her Adam related, the best I have come up with is Shady!!!Cute? So I am asking for any other suggestions.
    They are McNab border collies!

    I can’t even describe how proud I am for Adam getting recognition and awards. I was warmly smiling inside when I saw the Mayor and the president of the City Council fanboying for him Big Smile

    I’m not commenting much, because I’m always so much behind, things are already old news when I read them. Or it gets too late when I have finished (already 2 am, so I’m off to bed). But I enjoy watching and reading, so thank you all for your posts!

    Actually, you shouldn’t necessarily rule out “Melvin”, it is my sister-in-law’s nickname!

    When I went on iTunes last night, their home page on my iPad was a page devoted to LGBT performers and subject matter in movies, music, and television shows.
    There was Trespassing on the first screen for music!
    Made me smile.

    Hi all…
    Phew, its been such a busy weekend, with loads of visitors, plus my husbands 50th birthday party…..still have some visitors for 5 more days so not quite back to normal…my ironing pile is about 4ft high now!!!

    Have loved all the award videos. Loved Adams speech, even better than the one at GLAAD, much more natural and heartfelt. And that council president gushing all over him had me chuckling out loud…
    I don’t quite get the time frame though….it seems that there was 2 presentations of the same award with similar speeches on 2 consecutive days????

    Can’t believe Adam and Clay are so close on the poll, ughhh….just saw this old article on twitter, about Clay and Adam….

    Finding the right dogs name is hard Miss Chaos….Vienna is nice, Shady is a bit more Adam though. We spent hours going through names when we got our puppy….finally called her Nyx.

    Miss Chaos – Since she sounds like quite a beauty, how about Glamour with combines Glam and amour (love in french). Or Lotta as in a Whole Lotta Love! I’d try out a few names and see what she responds to. I named the two dogs we had when I was growing up Shyla (I made that up because she was the most timid of the litter) and Jolie (which means pretty in french). I love naming pets!

    Names for the puppy: Ginger, Danielle, Boots, Diva.
    Diva is probably my first choice, Adam was so wonderful on that program and it was so much fun to watch it with dcglam, adamized and mmm222!

    Strange that they would name that Friend campaign the “FWord” which was the official name of the Music Choice series. But I did think also, why would he do another one, what could he add? That link just took me to a list of links of sleazy websites for talent or meeting married women. Yuck.

    Aiken now leading People poll. The irony is, I think the media threw his name in but don’t think Idol is considering him at all.
