Ron– I am still in tears (of joy) after reading your post and watching TLKC’s video of the moment you received mlg’s poster. It’s stunning and fabulous (as are all that talented lady’s efforts). What a special treat for a special guy who everyone knows will appreciate it fully and forever. I’m sure it was special for those involved to do it for you!
And for the record, the Duke wants that shirt(it’s very chic):can it be got in the states (he promises never to wear it when you do …so no conflicts)? And you are looking pretty fine there, fella! Sporting a new hair style, are we? You look great!
AL Nile’s been tweeting about Shady quite a bit both before he left for the UK saying he hoped Sam and he might someday do Shady with Adam and tweeting that if Adam found a bit of time while in London he could come by where he(Nile) was playing . Also some tweets when he arrived in London between Adam and him. As you said, apparently Nile’s got his band learning Shady…just in case? Maybe there’s more to this than we’re seeing on the surface! Oh, would I love to be there if those 3 get together!! I aboslutely love Sam Sparro’s parts in Shady and that bass from NIle really gets to me! Probably my fav on the album.

I was bullied all through my school years. Even though that was a long time ago now, that kind of thing never leaves you. The outcast. The freak. Morning Peeps! Phew, finally had a block of time to go through the June blog and catch up. I laughed, I cried, I got very sad that I have no plans to see any of you or go to an Adam event any time soon.
Ron honey how wonderful that you have a mlg original to commemorate your special day. I too was bullied and it really never totally leaves you. But I believe those of us who have been bullied are people that feel things deeply and don’t take for granted kindness whether given or taken.
Hope Sauli is with Adam this weekend and gets to attend G.A.Y. I’m not sure how Adam can stand to be away from his love for so long. Probably the reunions more than make up for the separations.
rs ITA re the hazards of driving while under the influence of TSP. I keep blaming the crappy visibility in my car for some near misses but it probably has more to do with the non-stop listening.
