Only five QAL shows left in the short European/UK summer tour and then it’s off for the summer. Let’s hope for some surprises and that Adam is inspired to make beautiful music before returning with the Queen guys in September for their Vegas residency.

    When his new music eventually comes out I think it will be the same old thing with people. “not rock enough, not pop enough, too much drums, too much guitar, too retro, too disco, complain, complain complain”. He can’t win with so many. Hope I’m wrong.

    I’m so happy to finally officially announce my involvement in the upcoming 20th Century Fox film, Bohemian Rhapsody. The film’s singing aspects will feature a mix of Freddie’s voice, my voice, and that of Rami Malek, who is playing the role of Freddie.

    BERTING TIME! I had two customers today, they’re so interested in my tattoo and when I told them it’s about Adam Lambert they wanted to know everything about him and we talked for half an hour about Queen and Adam! ? Showed them pics and told about all the experiences on tour?

    Hope I made them new fans now and meet them at a concert. One of them is playing guitar, told them everything about the Red Special and that he has to hear it live. ??

    All my life I’ve wandered creatively. My soul is old, my eye constantly time-travels to eras not my own. My focus has always been on visual arts & creative writing, but I never understood inspiration in lightning-bolt form until @adamlambert came into view. Voila, mind expanded.

    Ahhh … July 31st … last day of the month!
    Also the anniversary of my Q+AL concert at Verizon Centre, DC.
    The privilege of meeting riskylady & cwm for the first time and the privilege to meet for the 2nd and 3rd time with mmm222, glambotgram, & adamized, from QAL shows at Chicago and Merriweather, MD.

    I had a great time berting and flailing at the Irish Pub “Fado” with you guys while my hubby and our friends had to endure.

    Later on at Adamtopia site they posted the photos of you guys with the tiaras and all … near the stage. I recognized you all right away but didn’t want to post them here at ALL to out you. Grin

    I saved the photos but don’t know where they are now. It’s been a year already.

    Well …. a long post. Grin

    I’ll be in Vegas from September 19 to 25. Hope to meet a lot more of our ALLers and your families and friends.

    Hope I have more time to post in August.

    This is John Josephson the CEO of @sesac . Unlike @bmi and @ascap, @sesac is a for profit business. If you’re a songwriter, this is one of the guys trying to screw you out of the money you’re earning. They are claiming they aren’t, but fact check what they are saying. He is trying to maximize profit for @sesac and @blackstone not for you. He doesn’t care about you. If you are with @sesac please leave them. Stand up with your songwriter family. We’ve stayed silent for too long not wanting to get involved, but it’s time we stand together and change things. If you are a writer that’s already “made it” , now is the time to stand up for the next generation. The music business was founded on ripping off creative people. Let’s now stand up and fight. People like this guy are no match for us if we stand together.
