A very exciting past month for Adam – and for ALL of us, as well. Events from Chatty Man to Live Aid to Fallon to GMA to Trailblazers – and the interviews so numerous they became hard to keep track of. In addition, more beautiful photos including the stunning FAULT magazine with a more “uncovered” Adam than we’re used to seeing. Then, all through the later part of the month the watching for the Adds on radio/Spotify/Shazam/VH1, etc., and the resultant confusion about what should be done to make it happen.

Congrats to Adam for The Original High debuting at #3 on the Billboard 200 albums sales chart. He may not have been number one but the album is getting good reviews and promotion is going well. The single, Ghost Town, is slowly moving up the HAC, CHR and AC charts. To top it all off, though, was the gay marriage ruling which must have given Adam, considering all he’s been through and all he’s done for the cause, immense gratification and happiness.

And onto July…summer may be vacation time for most but to Adam it will be more TV and radio promotion with some special performances thrown in – Splashion, The Trevor Project – and more.

    We are planning a Halloween get-together sparkle.

    It is on Saturday this year. Ron already has his costume and rumour has it that a couple of other Glamberts might be making the trip. Church St. has a magnificent event with amazing costumes. About 70% of the attendees are in costume and about 20% are OTT spectacular. I have so many pics from last year.

    There are many families as well as the LGBT community and even the dogs are in costume.

    P.S. There is no pressure to be in costume. I wasn’t last year.

    That sounds like so much fun!! I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that Ron already has his costume! I’ll keep the date in mind and say something to hubby…mmm222 and adamized – are you thinking of going? Ultimathule?

    In looking at the top 40 mediabase charts, he is still sitting at #26. How does he gain 18 adds and loose audiance impressions and spins from yesterday? I don’t understand. Anyone have any answers?

    I really think the top 40 or any chart is manipulated somewhat. All of a sudden a couple of weeks ago the iheart station in my area started playing songs I’ve never heard of. It’s like they wipe the slate clean & start over with new music the PD’s want to play.

    eta: If this is true that might be the time for TPTB to introduce a second single, but what do I know.

    Miranda Lambert is appearing at a new ampitheater that is opening in my area in September. Almost all the people I work with have never heard of her. I work with dozens & dozens of people in a hospital. Guess music isn’t their thing. I’ve given up discussing anything here about pop culture.

    Have always said I wanted to go to the first show of era 3 tour. Went to GN first show (Wilkesbarre), Trespassing first show (Wilkesbarre) & QAL first show…Chicago.

    That tour news is great for the Aussies. Now, let’s add a NZ date or two on to the end. Please! I have my two grandsons for a holiday in January with me until 29th.They are flying up on their own from the South Island. An Auckland show at the end of Jan would be perfect…
    Yes Sparkle, It is summer here Jan-March.
    The Glamnation show was at Trusts Stadium and holds about 6,000. Q+AL was at Vector Arena and is around 7,000. Don’t quote me on those figures…that’s a guess. I went to both those.

    Adam is sitting at #6 on the KHMX 96.5 playlist and #24 on KKHH 95.7 playlist. He is moving on up here in Houston!!! I have looked at other playlists and he is in the top 10 on a lot of them!!!

    I gifted the CD to a friend at work today. She said she listens to Trespassing ALL THE TIME in her car…with her husband protesting. The only introduction to TOH is the GMA show in which I sent her all the videos from there. Also Ellen. She said she LOVES THEM!!! I told her to turn it up in her car…it’s not to be believed! I know she will love it.

    Will have to sent her TOH Morongo with the lit up shirt!

    I’m not sure what’s going on in the UK but I do believe Shoshanna knows more than the “career experts” on Twitter.
    Meanwhile, GT is still on BBC2’s B list for the next period (month? weeks?) Plans might have changed between the Poland thing, the Queen things, the great new adds in the U.S., whatever. Based on how things are going so far, I’m “trusting a bitch.”
