A very exciting past month for Adam – and for ALL of us, as well. Events from Chatty Man to Live Aid to Fallon to GMA to Trailblazers – and the interviews so numerous they became hard to keep track of. In addition, more beautiful photos including the stunning FAULT magazine with a more “uncovered” Adam than we’re used to seeing. Then, all through the later part of the month the watching for the Adds on radio/Spotify/Shazam/VH1, etc., and the resultant confusion about what should be done to make it happen.

Congrats to Adam for The Original High debuting at #3 on the Billboard 200 albums sales chart. He may not have been number one but the album is getting good reviews and promotion is going well. The single, Ghost Town, is slowly moving up the HAC, CHR and AC charts. To top it all off, though, was the gay marriage ruling which must have given Adam, considering all he’s been through and all he’s done for the cause, immense gratification and happiness.

And onto July…summer may be vacation time for most but to Adam it will be more TV and radio promotion with some special performances thrown in – Splashion, The Trevor Project – and more.

    Paris fashion week is on my bucket list, luval. The closest I got was on a holiday in France with a friend and fellow-buyer who purchased high-end fashion for the same department store I did. She had a vendor bring samples to our hotel. Sigh. NVM. Frown

    New York would be pretty cool, too, especially as our interests have now expanded to men’s fashion.

    Yes, luval, I was going to suggest it, actually. Perhaps P and M could come along. P takes photos for Toronto Fashion Week. I honestly think Ron might get his pic in the paper if he showed up at the door for one of the menswear shows.

    AL Did you look at today’s NY Times crossword puzzle? 23 across says “Belt it out, Adam!”. Do you think that has anything to do with our Adam? There used to be a phone number to call for answers but it’s not there.

    Has anyone mentioned the uncanny resemblance to Elvis on Late Late Show with Adam in that black and white striped shirt, black jacket and hair? Not to mention the sneer when he sings “tonight, Elvis is dead….” and flips up his collar? Unreal. Jailhouse Rock anyone?

    I have their photos next to each other somewhere.

    Gaah! .. I watched 2012 till the end to hear Time for Miracles but they muted it and had ads instead.

    luval, it has to do with the very first Adam.
    If you want to check answers to the NYT crossword, you can go to this blog. They do a daily review of each puzzle. It’s the complete solution though so you might not want to see it unless you really need to.

    I like most of the fashions in Bill Cunningham’s video, TLKC. But nooooooooooo to the samuri haircuts with the bun on top! lol! And the orthopedic sandals as he calls them look like Birkenstocks. Saw a guy this morning walking with them with socks on.
