With Adam out on tour with Queen, the main chat threads are relatively quiet but we still need a place where we can discuss all things Adam that are not Q+AL concert-related. However, I did choose a Q+AL+Band photo for this month’s thread since there are many great Adam photos and mlg posters in the concert threads for everyone to drool over. And after all, it is the summer of Queen + Adam Lambert!!

    I suggested to mlg that she do a poster featuring thighs. Of course, I can’t tell a good thigh from a wing so maybe you could send her some links to photo suggestions.

    So nice to see Adam’s friends In Love supporting and promoting his work. He certainly has done that and more for so many others. What a thrill to be at the Forum tonight, both for him and for the fans – so many celebrity sightings to be had…….sniff, sniff, wish I was there too Frown

    Wow I am shocked at the Chris Colfer news. “I have been let go”. The episode he wrote was the best of the whole season.

    Now if I was ever an entertainer I would be a nervous wreck performing in front of family and friends. I would tell them to stay home! Smile

    What an amazing photo you shared. Such emotion. This match with Roger, Brian and Adam was made in heaven. I won’t get to take advantage of the live stream. Going up to Mt Rushmore for a picnic supper and great music. Will be looking forward to the vids when they get put up. All of you enjoy the night. It should be over the top, if he lives up to his past.

    Dusted must be a theater term or just used in Adam’s circle. However, Urban dictionary doesn’t have one definition about makeup or glam. Dusted there means drugs, or sex or many other things. Everything except makeup/glam

    Freddie is wearing eyeliner. And, the last time Adam used the word, he was wearing eyeliner and shadow for Sutan’s birthday party. So, I’m guessing it means “glammed up” in Adam’s circle of theater folks.

    I believe Lambertlust is planning to stream too.
    I don’t think butterknife is “official” – that blog Clickmusic somehow inferred that from Brian saying on his blog that he heard a rumor there would be a stream. LOL.
    Hope there is no interference from security tonight!!!! In San Jose, we got pic from butterknife, and sound from Lambertlust.
    I listened to the sound, which was quite good! But would love to have both – wanna see those extra crystals!!!

    I am soooo excited for tonight! There will be lots of celebs, and I’m thinking lots of antics.

    I just hope hope Adam doesn’t let nerves or anything get in the way. Let’s all hold hands and say kumbabya, send positive energy into the universe, rub a Buddha, wear Kabbalah red strings, or just plain old say a prayer, and send Adam our best thoughts.

    Tonight, and this tour, are career changers for our boy. A movie role, a soundtrack, and lots of endorsements are riding on this. I just feel it.

    This is THE summer tour. This is the press getter. This is big stakes.

    IMHO.

    I know ulti. It wasn’t a very wise thing for Paul Rodgers to say. He must have thought that Queen and Adam would never happen. Poor guy! After suffering so many negative comparisons to Freddie during the 2005/6 tours, he now has to deal with negative comparisons to Adam. If he hadn’t said that I might actually feel a bit sorry for him.

    The sides are very spare, mils. The second photo is a tad awkward. Hope the nutters over at queenonline don’t get hold of that. They keep passing around bad shots of him as if it really mattered.
