The event is free and open to the public and will feature live DJ entertainment, beer from Ducktown Tavern, food from Mad Dog Morgan’s and an appearance by Longport Media’s 103.7 WMGM who will be broadcasting live from the event.

She wrote a great recap of the concert on her blog which really echoed my thoughts. Since I never seem to get my impressions posted, (I love you cmw, mmm222 adamized and all of the rest of you that do such a great job) maybe you can check her’s out.

WowWowWow!!! rs…hiked on over from the Atlantic City thread to take a look at your pictures. Just amazing – our guy sure does work for the money; that’s one well hydrated performer, I would say. Just makes him so real, somehow. He doesn’t take any of this opportunity for granted.
Your pictures were so sharp that it led me to wonder if that’s a new orientation for the wires coming off of the ear monitors…maybe why he doesn’t go for his ears so often?
Oh rs how gorgeous, you sure do have some talent with that camera. Did you send them to the girl who was asking for photos when we were standing in line? I wonder if she appreciated Adam after the concert?

Today’s adventures at the Toronto airport would have gone much more smoothly if either TLKC or I knew where we were going and how to get there!
But things have a way of working themselves out and this worked out wonderfully.
mil‘s plane arrived a half-hour early! But TLKC and I were still wandering around trying to find the gate. mils landed at 12:17pm and we found the gate at 12:20pm. Whew! Relief! We’re here! Now … where’s mils?
Hoards of people coming through the only doorway that mils has to come through, as well, but I don’t see mils. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes later and I still don’t see mils!!
Was she stuck in the washroom? Did she miss the flight?!??
A half-hour later, there she is! I see her in the distance but she doesn’t see me. I wave both hands over my head and I’m greeted with a big smile and a wave back. She’s here! Big hug! Big hug with TLKC. Ah, we’re together again!
Now the three of us have to go to a different terminal and find nkd. nkd‘s plane landed at 12:48. She’s already arrived, but we’re not where she is, and how do we get there?!
We got there.
mils and TLKC were chatting away in the background as I made my way closer to where the passengers were exiting. Less than 5 minutes of standing and looking for nkd, I feel two or three pokes to my back. In that moment, I thought, “Don’t tell me I’m going to turn around and it’s nkd“.
You have to know that it was and also how thrilled I was to hold her in my arms and see her again! Three years is a long time between hugs! Going back to the “MJ” days, I’ve tried to convince nkd to divorce Mr. nkd and marry me but, for some reason, she won’t. I have two days to work on this …
Now we’re all together. Four of the Aller‘s are all together.
Shuttle bus to the subway and a half-hour later, we’re at nkd‘s hotel Victoria by 2:30pm. mil‘s has been up since 3:00am (I think that early) and hasn’t eaten anything. We’re all hungry! So, instead of going to mil‘s Novotel Hotel and checking in, we go up to nkd‘s room, leave mil‘s luggage, take a few deep breaths, and go to the Irish pub across the street. Dear Northern Spirit soon joined us.
Next thing I knew, it was time to go. Northern Spirit drove the few blocks to Novotel Hotel with an ice chest for mil‘s after-the-concert party while TLKC, nkd, mils and I gathered in the Victoria Hotel lobby.
nkd went up to her room and most likely fell on the bed and went sound asleep. mils and TLKC were going to walk to Novotel where mils would check in and I took the 15 minute walk home. I left this morning to meet TLKC at 10:45am. I got home at 6:00pm.
A couple of anxious moments along the way at the airport that will soon be forgotten by the overwhelming wonderfulness of our being able to be with each other again.
All due to and owing to and because of this guy … Adam Lambert.
