With Adam out on tour with Queen, the main chat threads are relatively quiet but we still need a place where we can discuss all things Adam that are not Q+AL concert-related. However, I did choose a Q+AL+Band photo for this month’s thread since there are many great Adam photos and mlg posters in the concert threads for everyone to drool over. And after all, it is the summer of Queen + Adam Lambert!!

    Thanks so much everyone for the warm welcome. You are all so nice on this website. I have to tell you that this is the 1st “adam” website I’ve ever joined, so that should make you all feel good!!

    Liked the “glambert” t-shirts and will definitely be ordering a couple. Love that they are in different colors & designs. Thanks Cher!!

    I’m just a regular mom, wife, up in Michigan. Went to the Auburn Hills show and loved, loved it. One of the things I loved about the show was the mix of ages in the audience. From around 10 to late 70’s I’d guess. A beautiful evening that brought so many generations n’sync for a couple hours.

    The date of this concert 7/12/14 was the same date he came to Chesaning Showboat in MI in 2010 (4yrs ago to the date)!! So magical!! So Adam has to keep July 12th as the date he comes to Michigan in the future!! Hahaha.

    Well, if anybody gets t-shirts, mugs, keychains etc made with some of the beautiful pictures at the top of these threads, please let me know. BTW…I posted a video of Tie Your Mother Down on youtube by “Kar Nac”. Trust me I barely know how to operate an iphone so its not that great but the part that I love (and have not seen posted under Auburn Hills thread) is Adam’s interaction with the crowd with “gimme all your love” at the end of the song. That part was so adorable!!

    Hi all-
    Here I am checking in after a wonderful time in Toronto with our Canadian Allers who went all out to show us a great time. Wonderful peeps everywhere, a nice hotel well situated, just a great city and a fantastic concert! What more could one want? Meeting up with Ron again was wonderful since the duke and I hadn’t seen him since Ste. Agathe. Left the big hugs for mils because Ron is so tall and I am so short and I didn’t dare take a chance that my makeup would be all over the totally white suit he wore to our dinner get together! So we French kissed instead! Heh Heh Both cheeks!! Missing everyone and the good times we had at the hosted hospitality suite. You Canadians went all out to take such good care of us. Thank you for everything. The fact that several of our group got to stand in the best spot in the arena was like frosting on the cake. If not me, then why not them! I’m leaving the recap in mils’ capable hands on the Toronto thread…how could I say more, when my vantage point didn’t come anywhere comparable. No matter…a fabulous weekend. The duke and I are thrilled to have been part of this great group for so many years(is it 3 or 4 years now?)

    Ack, I was really hungry, but both of our dinners are inedible. Frozen and repeating on themselves. Tried reheating it, to no avail, may need to just live a real life tonight, not the fantasy.

    Have been in shock all day over the MH flight, just unbelievable, Then found out tonight that someone I know lost 5 family members on it…a cousin, her cousins husband and 3 children…just so sad and senseless.

    As you all know I’m a bad flyer anyway….and I’m due to take 2 flights next week. I think I will have to go to the drs..see if she can give me anything stronger.
