Happy New Year ALL!
2016 proved to be a busy year for Adam as he toured worldwide both as a solo artist and with Queen. Add to that appearing on X-factor Australia as a judge, on TV as Eddie in a RHPS homage, other performances on TV and also releasing several singles with various artists. We are hoping that 2017 will not be too quiet a year. No new music or concerts have been confirmed so far although hints have been dropped. Let’s cross our collective fingers that Adam has many surprises in store for us which will keep our musical blood flowing and the blog going.

Love those Becksie photo’s. Thanks for the memories. Adam is still full of colour and life and gorgeousness but there is something sweetly poignant about those past pics. He’s a little more worldly now.
I hope the snapchats don’t mean that he missed out on a film or TV role. Most likely he would have gone all out for New Years Eve and Bowie’s birthday bash anyway. #Fingerscrossed.
It is a shame that Queen takes so long to put out film on their tours but it may be in part because they have been filming for decades and they must have so much footage. Plus they are both so busy with WWRY and other projects. On top of that, Brian is most likely a meticulous person who wants to view an awful lot of the footage before the editing is final, which takes time.

Was talking to a friend about Adam & the possible roles he might have missed or hoped for (but who knows). Anyway, they mentioned it’s curious that we haven’t heard about him taking acting lessons. I would think that’s important to someone casting. Yes, he’s done theater for years but it’s always good to brush up on something you haven’t done it a while. He’s world known as a singer and maybe that’s the thing that casting people think of… not his acting resume.
But, hey…maybe I’m reading into something that doesn’t exist (his desire to act).
The expression is part of it, ultimathule. It’s almost like the photo is fake. Is he angry? just posing? Almost (to me) like an Adam imitator. I love the smiley, happy, ethereal guy.
Oh well, maybe I should put on my glasses & look again.

Two things that kind of make Adam look different.
First, he lipsticked over the bow in his upper lip, kind of like Ivy.
Then it looks like he did some facial contouring to make the jawline stronger, look at the slight shadowing just above the stubble along lower cheek.
Then look at Bowie’s pic in that Billboard article – similar jawline.
So I listened to Chaplin doing Life on Mars in that article. MUCH prefer Adam!!!
Curious those events with the original band never mention Nile who had so much to do with Bowie’s later career and comeback.

Lol yeah, don’t think he could ever look enough like Bowie! And thank goodness for that!!
I haven’t heard of any GM pic, or Bowie for that matter.
And lots of actors have never taken classes. One thing about Adam though, he takes over the scene – he just can’t help it. Remember on Glee? A strong cast, but once he was in the scene, that’s it. And he did a good job of turning himself down enough to fit in.
Queen is just the perfect vehicle for him to go biiiigggg and he does!
Maybe just a matter of time and the perfect other thing will come along.
We don’t know that he wasn’t invited.

Watching ‘Some Like It Hot’, again on TMC. I have felt for sometime, and somehow could see Adam, playing Tony Curtis’s role of Joe/Josephine. Adam even looks like him a bit.

Yeah, that UP was pretty awful. Jennifer overestimated herself on that one lol! So far, the attempts to do Queen on these types of shows except for Adam have pretty much bombed IMHO – and that includes Jordan Smith’s pathetic STL. There, I said it! NOT sorry. And HATED Billy Gilman’s national anthem, tried to make it different in all the wrong places, self-indulgent crap.
