Happy New Year ALL!
2016 proved to be a busy year for Adam as he toured worldwide both as a solo artist and with Queen. Add to that appearing on X-factor Australia as a judge, on TV as Eddie in a RHPS homage, other performances on TV and also releasing several singles with various artists. We are hoping that 2017 will not be too quiet a year. No new music or concerts have been confirmed so far although hints have been dropped. Let’s cross our collective fingers that Adam has many surprises in store for us which will keep our musical blood flowing and the blog going.

I’m so excited about the announcement of the QAL tour! Time to get out the calendar and the map and start planning! I’m looking at doing the shows in LA and San Jose, and maybe Las Vegas or Seattle on either side of those. Then, thinking about a run of 4 shows in NJ, NY, PA, and DC. Also eyeing the possibility of Toronto, but I’m bummed that the Toronto show is so far away in time from the NJ/NY/PA/DC shows – I think I have to choose Toronto or the set of four, but can’t do them all, dang it.
Would love to hear what others are planning so we can have key locations where a bunch of us gather.
Do you guys want me to make another one of those spreadsheets on google docs that shows who is going to what show? I could do that this weekend.
eywflyer – I just want to say THANK YOU for starting and organizing this blog started and for maintaining it all these years! What a gift! It has really enriched so many of our lives so much.

I wouldn’t rule out QAL not being on Corden’s carpool karaoke. I read where Corden says it takes weeks sometimes to edit. But not holding my breath.

I wonder when Adam will be moving into his new house?
I’ve been away from all of you on this wonderful blog because my partner put me in rehab to cure me of being a Glambert. It was very intense having Kaye West’s music piped into my room, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but it only made me stronger. After two years, I was diagnosed a failure and they let me go.
So, here I am. Did anything worth mentioning happen while I was away?
Hi everyone! It’s been a while but all of you have never been far from my thoughts. I’ve peeked through the bushes every now and then to silently keep in touch with you and all the Adam news. Just when it looked like the end was near for ALL, everyone’s knight in shining armor came to the rescue. Thank you AL for picking up the mantle and keeping the family together!
Am I the only one who’s excited about the upcoming Summer tour?
It should help ease the pressure on Adam to pay for his refurbished pool.

My prayers are answered. Brian May is well, Q+AL tours North America, play in KC, my hometown and I was saved to be alive on Dec. 7, 2016. My guardian angel … “Let Me Live” to see Q+AL show.

Adamized and I are going to LA, Toronto, and the NJ/NY/Philly/DC shows. I’m excited about seeing many of you again. Seeing QAL will be pretty nice too!!! I really like Adam’s plans for his new album. Bluesy and earthy with live instruments. That’s exactly what many of us have been hoping for from Adam for years.

re: Hollywood Bowl. Seating: You get pretty much what you pay for. The acoustics are good everywhere. The “cheap seats” on the very top are far from the stage. Of course the box seats in the front are the best if you can afford them. Be prepared for a lot of walking. (up and down hill)
The really problem is the parking.

If I could choose one venue on the tour schedule to go to, it would be the Hollywood Bowl. I’ve never been there but it’s legendary and I’m sure Adam never could have imagined that one day he’d be performing and singing there.
It would also give me the long awaited pleasure of meeting retjenny and cwm</strong.

Just add in your ALL alias, your twitter handle if you have one and want to include it, then a “Y” for the shows you are planning on and a “?” for the shows you are thinking about but not sure yet. The spreadsheet will save your changes automatically, so that’s all you need to do!
I have already entered the info for people who stated their plans either in this thread or in the QAL Planning thread. Please do double check it though to make sure I got it right, and update as your plans firm up.
