Happy New Year ALL!
2016 proved to be a busy year for Adam as he toured worldwide both as a solo artist and with Queen. Add to that appearing on X-factor Australia as a judge, on TV as Eddie in a RHPS homage, other performances on TV and also releasing several singles with various artists. We are hoping that 2017 will not be too quiet a year. No new music or concerts have been confirmed so far although hints have been dropped. Let’s cross our collective fingers that Adam has many surprises in store for us which will keep our musical blood flowing and the blog going.

There do seem to be fewer posters, I know I go thru phases myself of lurking vs posting, but visiting this site is part of my everyday life. It’s just a routine after all these years. Wake up, get my day started. Check email, check texts, check voice mail, check here. Every morning before my shower. Really.
I love to see pretty before I turn on the news of the world. And these days. I really need the pretty.

I don’t usually post because I am usually a day or 2 behind, but I always lurk and enjoy all of the posts, pics and Adam mentions that you all bring here.
I agree there have been peeps leaving many of Adam’s sites, but I think it is usual for this to happen on other performers sites too when they are in between albums, touring etc.
I so enjoy coming here and feel like I really have kindred spirits when it comes to my obsession with ADAM!

I remembered very well what eyeflyer had written about stopping his role in ALL (thanks for all the years you put into this site, by the way) but I thought that it was till the end of 2016. When the new year passed and nothing happened I was happy and a little scared to remind peeps about it. So I am sooooooo thankful to AL for taking over the job. I hope that it won’t be too much work. For those of us Glamberts who live far away, like HK fan, axxxel, ladynorth and me, who don’t have kindred spirits nearby, this site is our lifeline. I,too, don’t post so much anymore, but I open ALL every day and can’t imagine life without all of you.
I love all the pics of Adam and Pharaoh! He looks so safe and comfortable in those strong, loving,and protective arms. As a rescue dog, who knows what his fate would have been? As they say, he has found his forever home.

I guess you could call me a Lurker also, I read this site first thing in the morning with my tea. I dont post much because everything is said for me and I can get Adam Info, which amazingly I still enjoy. Thank you Eywflyer for this site, and thank you very much Al for taking this pretty big task over. I also was really worried about it being gone, even on MJ’s there are a few threads once and awhile with Adam news but not all the up to date important stuff we get here. And that little Pharoah is the cutest thing and seems to love all the guys is so relaxed with everyone.

AL, I can’t thank you enough for agreeing to take over ALL. I would have been very sad if this blog had closed. I’m here every day checking to see what Adam is up to and what the rest of you have to say about it. I’ve met so many interesting people, have made some great friends, and have had many crazy adventures thanks to ALL. I’m very grateful to eywflyer for the years he’s spent maintaining ALL and to everyone else who has made an effort to keep it going.
jlurks, it’s so good to see you posting! I’m hoping for some concerts on the West Coast this year so I can see you and our other West Coast ALLers soon. It’s been too long!
It’s great that the site is to continue. I don’t post here a lot as it’s really just the music that interests me. I always check here though, to see if anything is coming up…soon, please Adam. I had my two grandsons for a fortnight, we played CDs on the two hour drive. They requested Trespassing as their favourite music. I will never understand how that album didn’t break everything open.

Another semi-lurker here. I remember when this site began, after MJ gave permission to post the URL, after a continuing 1000-post thread over there at the end of Idol, I think. I came right over to keep up with Adam’s career, and have just never stopped. It took the Mid-State Fair performance at Paso Robles to get me to sign up – saw that someone had tickets to sell, and was thrilled to meet several ALers (including the wonderful jlurks)and see a gorgeous show on a beautiful night.
All this to say: So many thanks for the past IT talent and attentions of eywflyer, and so much gratefulness to AL for his willingness to carry on. BTW, kind of you to say, AL, one of your reasons for taking on this work is to post your puzzles, oh, ye who gets his puzzles published by major newspapers. I, for one, have enjoyed not only all the posts and links, but many a puzzle as well.
There is good news about our site today. Hope it will grow stronger and stronger and get more people back. Adam has accomplished a lot since Idol. The combative mother hens of us had subsided. We don’t worry much about him anymore.
Album #4 will be great. But I wish Q+AL North America Tour is on. It will be a good time for us to reconnect and squee and flail and party together. Our site will be full of concert threads.
For me … our site is the best organized place for concert threads. You can get everything .. photos, videos, livestreams, twitters, media, reviews and comments in one place.
Lets cross our fingers for more concerts , new music and TV appearances.
There is good news and there is bad news.
