2013 will apparently begin with a rather quiet month for Adam, as he has only one performance currently scheduled. This will be a Hennessy Artistry event in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on January 4. After that, Adam’s next scheduled event is the kickoff of his international “non-tour” in Seoul, South Korea on February 17. There is no official word as yet on whether some North American dates will eventually be added to the non-tour in the spring, but recent comments from Adam have not been very optimistic.

Above we see Adam performing at his final concert of 2012, at the Mulia Resort in Bali, Indonesia. Happy New Year and enjoy the chat!

Mils, I thought at first that kez ban looked transgender. But I did a little research on the net on her and saw a picture from a couple of years ago when her face was fuller and she looked feminine. She left home at 16 years old and was a street performer for several years, wandering around, like the song she wrote and sang on idol. I also found an online journal that her cousin writes and the cousin wrote about the death of their grandmother and her grandmother’s shack of a house (in NC), but there was a lot of love there. Kez Ban wrote a comment to her cousin’s online journal about how that really brought back memories and how well it was written, etc. she commented as Katherine Sauerbrier. Her cousin replied back and exclaimed “Katey Kate!” and went on to compare notes. So although she appears that she might be transgender, and that is certainly what most comments are suggesting as well, it appears that she was at least raised as a girl. Unclear what her gender is now, or if just really thin with strong eyebrows? Her voice is really gender neutral.

Seems the use of pot, and the promotion of pot, has become quite the meme for some female pop stars (Rihanna, Gaga, Lana del Rey and others). This article from the NY Times was the cover of the Miami Herald Entertainment section in full color on Dec. 12th, taking up the whole page. I don’t follow them, so didn’t realize how up-front and bold it has become. Surprising. But not surprised then that Adam would mention it, but he certainly is not alone.

This interview in Montreal isn’t one of the best, but a)HE LOOKS SO SCRUMPTIOUS, the lighting brings out his eye color so beautifully, and b) the very first part where he talks about the pain of being told that you are damned for love, and for who you love, and why he wrote OOL is so open and vulnerable. Never heard ANY star talk like this.

Balcony concert only tickets are still available. Not sure it is worth it without the dinner and seeing Adam get the award. Hmmm…wish it was in LA. Much cheaper.

And yes, ulti of course it was copied! I can’t believe anyone could not see it. There are not a ton of over the top, bedazzled, red fur/ leather coats with a name roaming around with their own twitter accounts singing with Queen and hosting Divas. Kind of hard to miss.

luval, thanks. I just finished my first week of orientation and working. I was quite exhausted yesterday, but, I have a full time job and am very grateful after being laid off and in the temp world for 9 months. Now, looking forward to paying off some debt!! One paycheck at a time.

I’m actually relieved that there isn’t a tour on one level. I have nothing to be heart-broken about missing because I can’t afford it anyway!

Oh, so , my baby Glambert is at this job. She loves everything I toss her way, but, she isn’t on her computer very often. She only checks her email once every couple of weeks. But, if he ever toured in our direction, I would for sure have a partner in concert attending in her. We just simply cannot fangirl it up at our work. The environment is way too small, no privacy at all. Too bad.

I asked them to repent for playing a cover of “He Ain’t Heavy” by playing something by the Hollies. LOL! I would have picked something different but, hey! I loved the Hollies when I was young.
