2013 will apparently begin with a rather quiet month for Adam, as he has only one performance currently scheduled. This will be a Hennessy Artistry event in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on January 4. After that, Adam’s next scheduled event is the kickoff of his international “non-tour” in Seoul, South Korea on February 17. There is no official word as yet on whether some North American dates will eventually be added to the non-tour in the spring, but recent comments from Adam have not been very optimistic.

Above we see Adam performing at his final concert of 2012, at the Mulia Resort in Bali, Indonesia. Happy New Year and enjoy the chat!

I’m wondering if there is going to be a skit on Adam Levine/Adam Lambert.

They just did one on Dermot Mulroony/Dylan McDermott.

If Adam is well-known enough to have his opinion on a movie go viral, then he is well-known enough to have a skit like that on SNL. Of course, at the end of the Dylan skit, one of them popped out on stage.

Of course, with Adam Levine and Kendrick Lamar, there wouldn’t be room for another musical number.

Which is why I say, he needs to host that show. He is up to it. After showing us his comedy chops on Divas, the guy’s a natural in comedy. Drama, not so much. IMHO.

  2. milwlovesadam says:

Okay, so after watching several vids of the Vietnam show, I just am having a hard time with Johnny and his bad dancing. One more thing is that in the pictures that capture both Terrance and Johnny, they are never synchronized, Terrance looks poised, and Johnny is looking off in a different direction, one has hands up one has hands down. Terrance is intently focused on Adam, Johnny has his arms swirling off somewhere with his neck in a different direction.

I’m sure that when seeing the shows live, with eyes riveted on Adam, with so much going on, it’s hard to see, but, honestly, he is just not good. I know he’s Adam’s friend, but, can’t he see through this?

I’m glad for the fan videos,so we could see floorbert. I’m sure that many of his moves were “offensive” in that culture. You can see it in some of the fan’s faces. Most loved it, some were a little shocked. I kinda doubt that Adam could see what was on the big screen while performing. He’s too “in the moment”. IMHO But I’m sure he wanted TJR to walk that walkway and wail on his guitar, he deserved it. He was very very good. A song like AYGGMY lets him shine.

Did anybody else notice that they did a little Purple Haze riff before starting to play?

mils…I deleted my post from earlier this morning but I had said “Maybe Brian was getting Adam Lambert & Adam Levine mixed up”. LOL! I thought it was stupid.

But what you say totally makes sense!!!!! Having BB on a fake The Voice set…Levine made up with fringe & makeup getting people confused. There are many possibilities.

eta: Saw your second post, mils. You know how I feel about Johnny. Am hoping he was just helping out his friend for a while but new shows will be refined & a new dancer (female). Gawd what if he did this and got rid of Terrence? LOL! As been said, Adam knows what he’s got with Johnny but does he REALLY know???

Congrats on your Packers (so far).

  4. TLKC says:

It woud be awesome if Adam was on Saturday Night Live. Several possibilites, given that the whole Les Miz thing went viral and is so ripe for comedy. Maybe with Ann Hathaway? Remember Anthony Lane’s comment about the perfect SNL skit for Ann Hathaway? That would be a good pairing and she’s hot right now. Also, the Adam Levine mix-up – but no musical opportunity there.

Like nkd. Not prematurely getting my hopes up. But will speculate.

  5. TLKC says:

I think Adam is helping Johnny out, too. It wouldn’t be a big issue if Johnny actually tried to do the choreography but he doesn’t. Remember that video of the rehearsal with someone off-camera saying forcefully: “Johnny do the choreography!” It’s not as if Terrence can spend time with him getting him to at least dance in synch. He’s just not interested in doing anything but strutting.

  6. luval says:

Not SNL, but Adam Lambert in a promo for The Voice with an “oops” at the end. or Adam Levine’s face super imposed on AL’s on the RS cover or back to SNL…AL fronting Maroon Five…oops.

  7. TLKC says:

What about Adam Levine getting flak from everyone he meets during the show about what he said about “Les Miz”?

  8. luval says:

TLKC…that’s perfect!! We need an official list going here.

  9. turquoisewaters says:

Disect at your own risk: Blush

    Adam Lambert ‏@adamlambert
new positions till the break o dawn

  10. Oksana2000 says:

Poor thing cannot sleep, tossing and turning. His jetlag must be terrible. However I’ll bet that Sauli sleeps like a baby.

  11. luval says:

Adam & Sauli’s new s*x positions until the sun comes up? Smile

Firing a dancer so a new position will be open?

  12. Oksana2000 says:

    Luval, to the corner, pronto!!!!!

  13. luval says:

I don’t remember ever being in the corner. Can’t wait. Frown

  14. cwm says:

haha luval, I’ll join you in the corner. The first thing my mind went to, of course, was new sex positions all night. Oooh la la.

But upon further reflection, i think Oksana is probably right – he tossed and turned all night and couldn’t sleep.

Interpretation #1 is a lot more fun, though! Big Smile

I haven’t been in the corner for a while. I’m looking forward to checking out how mils‘ latest construction projects are going.

  15. luval says:

haha I’ll bet the corner will get crowded.

  16. milwlovesadam says:

To quote one of my favorite lines from True Blood:

    “There’s nothing new.”

    “There’s only SOMEONE new.”

    Lulz.

  17. Oksana2000 says:

Oh, Adam, Adam why can’t you tweet like others do, about having breakfast or walking the dog. NoW the whole Glambert Nation is speculating and getting excited… Grin

  18. dcglam says:

Adam & Sauli’s new s*x positions until the sun comes up?

Ha, this is the interpretation that I assume Adam is thinking we will probably come up with. I’m thinking he may have been referring to something very innocent such as the changing positions of the stars in the sky. Maybe he was up all night due to jet lag watching them! Moon Star

  19. Oksana2000 says:

    Adam, The perennial s&&t stirrer.

  20. milwlovesadam says:

The corner is looking beautiful. The sub-corner annex has posters from Divas, Bali and that interview from China with all that delicious {{{ hair }}}.

There are now individual comfy chairs with private viewing areas. The group viewing area has cabanas with cabana boys. The Elmo jacket is behind glass.

That fabulous pose of NYE with the fringes and arms akimbo is being made into a life-size cut-out.

Honestly, I don’t know how I’m going to be able to clock in on time at my new job. How does one leave all THAT at home??

    Muwhahaha!!

ETA: Wouldn’t it be awesome to really have all this, instead of just fantasy? Like our jet to Wembley? And a lottery?

  21. milwlovesadam says:

    Maybe he’s re-arranging furniture?

  22. cwm says:

Since I’m in the corner, Adam’s tweet reminds me that I’ve been meaning to mention that there’s been way too little discussion here about this quote from the Vietnamese interview:

Most of the time at home, I do not wear anything, I like the feeling of being naked.

    Just sayin’.

The corner is looking really nice! Loving the new comfy furniture!

  23. milwlovesadam says:

Tossing and turning. Turning and tossing.

    Here’s some ideas:

    On your side

    On your other side

    Spoon Sauli this side.

    Spoon Sauli that side.

Sleep on the other end of the bed, head where feet go.

    Floorbert.

    Sofabert.

    Beanbag chairbert.

    Patio chairbert.

    Living room carpetbert.

And, last but not least, on top of Sauli-bert.

  24. dcglam says:

    Maybe he’s re-arranging furniture?

LOL, mils! Yep, it does take a while to settle in when you move into a new place.
Does the sofa look best here or should we move it across the room??? Question Laugh

  25. milwlovesadam says:

Oh honey, cwm, I haven’t forgotten that nugget of info.

Maybe BB needs to put some clothes on, he might sleep better in PJ’s and snuggy in his jammies.

    Or not.

  26. Oksana2000 says:

Why don’t we ask him for an explanation?
Right, like he would answer.. Thinking

  27. milwlovesadam says:

I’ll tell ‘ya one thing, being on twitter means yer up. He ain’t sleeping any more today. Poor BB.

Maybe he needs some tweets about how bad of a dancer Johnny is.

  28. milwlovesadam says:

    Okay Guys: Long List here:

    2012 – What a Year!!!
    01.01.13

What a year it was for Adam (and his fans)! Two of the biggest highlights of the year would have to be Adam fronting for Queen, and the release of his sophomore album, Trespassing, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 Chart, the Billboard Digital Albums Chart, and Canada’s Digital Albums Chart. COMING IN 2013

    Overseas concerts through March

    Working on a new album

  29. milwlovesadam says:

Did they forget Fuse? Wendy Williams? Soledad O Brien? VH1?

I would still like a list of all the radio shows, and spring radio promos, Fantasy Springs, etc.

    Photo shoots? Magazine covers?

Wow. When you see a list like this, when did he ever sleep?

  30. Oksana2000 says:

Mils, add concert in Johannesburg ( SA) and Wendy Williams show.

  31. cwm says:

mils – where is that list from? Can you provide the link? Thanks.

  32. cwm says:

They also forgot the Rolling Stone readers’ poll that put Trespassing as the #1 album.

  33. milwlovesadam says:

    It’s from the fansite.

    http://adamlambertfans.com/news/119152

  34. milwlovesadam says:

    Posted missing items there.

Anything else? When was that Jo Zee fashion thing? In 2012?

  35. cwm says:

I would still like a list of all the radio shows, and spring radio promos, Fantasy Springs, etc.

mils– because of this wonderful blog and the way eywflyer has organized it, you can get a list of most of Adam’s concerts this year.

Go up to the top of the page and click on “TRESPASSING.” There’s a drop-down that lists the various months of the year. Within each of those are all of the shows that got their own thread here at ALL. The March acoustic radio tour shows didn’t get threads, nor did radio shows where Adam wasn’t the headliner I think, so those shows aren’t listed, but all of the concerts where Adam was the headliner are.

There’s also a Trespassing map posted there, but I don’t know how up to date it is.

  36. milwlovesadam says:

Thanks cwm. I’ve never used this site properly, and am continually so grateful for the work of eywflyer and AL for making this site so wonderful.

  37. riskylady says:

mils, I find this has the most comprehensive list of all of Adam’s activities, interviews, radio shows, magazine shoots and covers, tv, concerts, festivals, et al.
    http://adamlambertevents.wordpress.com/
For all of 2012, go to the list in upper right hand corner, click on 2012, and then it goes backwards from December.
It would take HOURS to list them all by category IMHO!

LOVE your list of positions!!! Of course, he is a master of double entendres – remember “just the tip” at the SF show??
That tweet was soooooo intentional. Just love him. No one can be more innocent and naughty at the same time as AFL (or, just plain naughty too).

Just one thing: If anyone thinks fans were culturally offended by any moves Adam made in Vietnam (which I saw none of) I invite you to go back and watch the entire MAMA show. It will be an eye-opener!!!! There was one scandalous little move (mentioned in the subsequent Asian write-ups) where a female on stage grasped a male’s “eggplant” so to speak, and lots of speculation on what stage of “inflation” said “eggplant” showed at the time. j/s…….

  38. milwlovesadam says:

Well, I don’t know about other cultures, but, if anyone, male or female, grabbed our eggplant, it would make the nightly news on every single station and never die down.

Ah. Yes. The good ‘ol U S of A.

What am I saying? Adam does a very good job of managing his own eggplant on stage. No help needed there.

Oh, I’m sure the volunteers would line up in hordes though. Devil

  39. luval says:

Remember the Seinfeld episode…There is good naked and bad naked. LOL

Most of the time at home, I do not wear anything, I like the feeling of being naked.

Is Adam making his infamous omelet good or bad?

  40. nkd says:

I had thought about the Lambert/Levine skit possibilities and Adam making a guest appearance, but that would have nothing to do with Brian.
Brian could be working with someone else though.

As for Adam’s morning tweet, Confused !

  41. milwlovesadam says:

riskylady, that is a staggering list. I’m exhausted, and I only looked at a couple of months.

  42. aely says:

Brian’s tweet is probably not Adam related. Frown

@ashleydzerigian: Good to be back on LA soil…but I can tell already that my Glamily withdrawals are gonna hit me sooner than later. #sixweeksoff

  43. milwlovesadam says:

Yes, indeed, good naked and bad naked.

Seriously. Are we even talking about Adam here? BAD … anything?

I’m pretty deep in the corner now guys…

  44. milwlovesadam says:

    Okay aely, so:

Just what will he be doing with six weeks open?????

    Tap….Tap….Tap…

  45. nkd says:

Most of the time at home, I do not wear anything, I like the feeling of being naked.

This translation was confusing to me. Did they ask him about sleeping, someone breaking in…?
I really can’t see him coming in the door and stripping everything off, or making juice and omelets in the nude.
He also said he sits around the house in sweat pants while watching tv.
These images in my mind however are interesting! Razz

  46. luval says:

Yeah, I think lost in translation.

If Adam does do something on his own (or maybe just with Brian), I wouldn’t be surprised. Keep forgetting he is a solo artist. Glamily just now and then.

  47. nkd says:

Maybe Brian is playing keys for Kendrick Lamar?

  48. TLKC says:

    Two things:

I am not normally in the corner but all my thoughts about Adam’s tweet were corner-bound.

So luval, what about this: what if all the people who were hating on Adam Levine about Les Miz throughout the SNL skits, were all Adam in disguise?

  49. LadyNorth says:

    Hi Sunday corner Smile

If I remember right, it was Ellessay who posted the real translation (twitlonger??) earlier about that naked interview. They were first talking about the fashion and then Adam was asked does he wear the same kind of clothes at home too. He answered no, he dresses very simple at homes and then he added actually he is often naked at home. Then a joke about someone breaking into the house that moment => he should call the police and they would see his bare ass Grin Have to go back and try to find that… I’ve also seen twitter translations sentence by sentence.

mils your position list. Grin I bet we will have many nice lists before six weeks is gone Wink Ashley is off, but maybe A starts to do new songs…? Hopefully new something Smile

  50. TLKC says:

Brian wasn’t talking about Adam? NVM, speculation is fun.
