January was all celebrations and parties. It started with the new year and then Adam’s 10th Anniversary on Idol. Then it was a surprise performance on The Late Late Show and another at a private birthday event in Italy before he headed to London to celebrate his own birthday. Following that, it was back to work to spend time with Brian and Roger for a photo shoot and plan the look/setlist for the Bohemian Rhapsody show later this year.
This month it’s the Elvis special and (crossing our fingers) perhaps some NEW MUSIC!

My feeling is that they will perform only BoRhap…and have pretty much the exact lighting, effects, etc as on tour…including Freddie at the end singing with Adam. After all, it’s all about the movie. The Freddie part would be unexpected & shocking for people there who have never seen them live. I remember the first time I saw that in Chicago 2014 I had goosebumps. I’m probably wrong lol.
On GMA this morning they did a short segment on Marc Marte saying he did so of the vocals for the movie. They showed him at a piano singing. No one commented about his voice sounding like Freddie which I was glad. At the end one of the hosts asked whether he was given credit in the movie. The other host said “Well, at the credits he was “additional vocals by….”
weird…the audio was at 41,000 views an hour ago…now its back down to 24.000!!
On The View just now Meghan McCain mentioned Adam Lambert singing with Queen at the Oscars and that she loves Adam Lambert. I may have to start liking her now.
. The photo they showed on the screen was a gorgeous one of him.

I haven’t actually watched the Oscars for a long time….but I’m not getting why everyones up in arms about their being no host….that was always the worst bit for me…it was always so stilted, awkward and scripted…couldn’t watch when Chris Rock was hosting..he’s up there with JHud for me, actually worse!!!
