Looks like that crossing our collective fingers has resulted in a summer tour! There’s never a dull moment when it comes to Adam. First he adopts Pharaoh and then the announcement of another pet project: a North American QAL tour! Throw in a birthday party and January proved to be a good Adam news month. Just heard Ed Sheeran’s new song Shape of You and I love it at first (actually second) listen. I wouldn’t have known it was him but I saw him sing it on the Grammys.
It’s very fresh & new. It reminds me of Adam’s song “By the Rules”… which should have been a single IMO.
Hope his collab with Nile will work out. But nothing is guaranteed. Adam has worked with famous artists in the past and the songs are rejected. (Red One, Ryan Tedder…..)
Nile’s style is very similar in most of his songs. It has to be brought up to 2017 vibe. I think Bruno Mars is one of the few people that can get away with old school beats.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I’m spending my birthday in Paris looking for a new wardrobe for the QAL concerts this summer. Hahaha! Actually, I am in Paris but after buying all those QAL tickets, am limiting my purchases to bagettes. I’m visiting my good friend, CKE, who is living here until the end of March. It’s been a really fun birthday.

So excited to have tickets to San Jose. Planned to try for them right when they were first available, but had two surgeries (one emergency) during that very week! Anyway, things are looking up now, and hope there might be some kind of get-together with others going.

I believe she is a long-time friend of Adam’s.
