What a January – rave reviews for the concerts in UK and Europe; news about a new label, single and record; and of course, his 33rd birthday! Looks like February will just be Queen and Adam as they tour all month long wrapping up in Sheffield on the 27th. Adam won’t have any time to relax though because it will probably be single and album promotion in March and beyond. Can’t wait to hear the new single!

    And now, a new friend, Cait. Hello and welcome! Have a wonderful time at the concert! We’ll all be thinking of you! I’d like to recommend an Adam video to you. It’s the very first video that I came upon on YouTube the day after I first saw Adam at his audition on AI and became a fan. I honestly didn’t think that I’d find anything at that point in time. Why would there be videos? Who’s Adam Lambert? But there was life before AI for Adam and there were a number of videos from performances at local clubs.

    This is from the Upright Cafe and he’s singing a song called “Crazy”. Even though this a while ago, and he’s come a long way since then, this still remains one of my favorites.

    Good morning Cait! So glad to see you are here and still breathing and coherent after your initiation to Adam LIVE last night. And what a show it was. So glad you got TSMGO, and peeps are saying that that was the best WWTLF ever. There is no way to prepare yourself for hearing Adam sing live no matter how many high quality videos, TV shows, albums you see/hear. There is just something about his voice that permeates every atom of your body and soul and leaves you helpless, tingling, rejuvenated.(I know, it sounds like an orgasm, doesn’t it. lol) I am so glad that you found your way here, and I feel like a proud Mama watching you grow into a full fledged Glambert!

    I agree that the Croatian Rolling Stone article is the best, or one of the best, that I have ever read. This translation that alexandrakv posted is much better than my original Google translate. In addition to everything that was said about Adam, I loved the part about how Brian has come out of Freddie’s shadow into the limelight in this show.

    Yep, Cait, you are on your first pure unadulterated Adam high. And you will keep searching out more opportunities to get more whenever you can. Big Smile

    I just had to restrain myself and decide not to add Krakow to my Prague trip. Considering that my airline tickets were non refundable and non transferable, the 2 day extension, including flights, concert, hotel, train, etc, would have come to over $1000. So I will console myself with the Prague concert, memories and photos of this summer, and the knowledge that I will postpone gratification and use the money to get to the States for Adam’s Era 3 tour.

    By the way, you might enjoy reading the members only Glambert and Recap Thread (it is on the side) where peeps wrote of how they first discovered Adam, as well as some concert recaps. I also put there the links to my photos from this summer’s QAL concerts. I think you might like them.
