What a January – rave reviews for the concerts in UK and Europe; news about a new label, single and record; and of course, his 33rd birthday! Looks like February will just be Queen and Adam as they tour all month long wrapping up in Sheffield on the 27th. Adam won’t have any time to relax though because it will probably be single and album promotion in March and beyond. Can’t wait to hear the new single!

    CAIT have a wonderful concert! And the first link I posted earlier is a link to youtube playlist with 50 performances. Many of my faves there too, with QAL and solo. You loved Save me and WWTLF yesterday, so I warmly recommend to watch Stay + Underneath on that list. They are breathtakingly beautiful. For me there are 3 main categories of Adam that I love the most; Haunting beautiful ballads full of emotion, funny goofy playful stuff and then fierce sexy rock Adam. There are many treasures in all of them.

    CAIT when I found Adam’s music (couple of months before Trespassing in 2012), I got hooked with Glam nation tour performances Sleepwalker and Soaked and Whole lotta love in youtube. Get yourself his professional Glam Nation Live DVD, it has a CD too Smile

    Hi Cait! Well, bf only has himself to blame, right? He is the one who got the tickets and wanted you to see the vids. lol. Enjoy the zoo. I love watching the animals, but I have to say that after visiting Tanzania last spring it is hard for me to see them in enclosed spaces.

    LOL Cait, good luck to your husband over the next six hours. So happy for you and can’t wait for your recap. The first time you set eyes on Adam live is a major rush.

    A bit of advice: consciously savour a few moments and anchor them in your memory because sometimes the first concert is such a high that you can’t remember anything except the experience of your brains flying all over the place.

    @TLKC…Have to admit, my first concert of Adam (Glamnation) in 2010 is a blur now but I still remember how his voice pierced my heart during “Soaked”…

    And during the WAF-tour… I only remember how grateful I felt that I was able to see his beauty from so close by.. And I really loved his version of “Dragon attack”…

    Oh HK FAN, I love that F-word interview too! It’s not long ago I watched it again, I had downloaded it in the past and found it on a wrong folder.

    I have a question to all ALLers: what is your way to keep Adam material in order? I am amazed how fast some of you remember and find anything Adam related. I have folders for downloaded vids and I had folders for different songs (for bookmarks which I lost last summer when my lap top crushed Frown ), but I never had enough time to go through all my bookmarks. So what is your secret? There’s a lot of playlists of all certain concert vids, but the tricky question is how to remember which are the best performances and which are the best videos of the best performances… Organizing photos I have totally given up. I just can’t spend enough time on lap top, it ruins my health. Any advice? Thankful for those! I often like to watch again whole concerts, but would also like to make myself a playlist of best versions of every song Adam has sang.

    I have vids all over the place, in no order, lol. Lost everything from the last 3 years when my computer was invaded by the virus. (The older stuff was on my old hard drive which I was able to reinstall) Don’t have the patience to organize everything, though I sometimes try and then give up. I would love a list of the best versions of each song, although I know that there would be disagreements about that. I want to make a cd for the car of the best while waiting for the Boys to release something official.

    The zoo…was nice i think. My goal was not to think about tonight for at least five minutes. I may have been a bit too over the top with it. A minute i really didnt think anything else but “what the hell 30€ a Person for a zoo i cant even see completly? Holy cow” After that it was more a bit of planning the fastest routes through it because that nice security guy told me it takes about five or six hours to see all the animals. I got very big eyed. My plan was to be back in hotel in three hours so max two hours in the zoo. I mean the zoo was nice but really i dont have the patience today for cute animals.

    I may have been a tad annoying *cough* the whole time. Three hours to go.

    And sorry about writing so much. Its a tick of mine. Talking and writing too much when im nervous

    RS, I was lucky that I had everything on external hard drive when they had to change the internal hard drive last summer, it was broken. But the bookmarks I lost, I don’t know if it’s even possible to save them somewhere else. I’m scared of viruses all the time. I am happy I don’t get the porn sites any more, it only happened when I was using my friend’s wifi.

    Yes that’s true that for different people different performances and videos are the best. And for many songs there are so many great performances! For me sound quality is very important, especially if I make an MP3.

    I guess it was easier to be a fan during past decades. You bought albums, went to concerts, read music magazines. Poster on the wall. Later buying professional VHS concert videos, watching music vids from MTV. But how much more fun and joy we get now! People around the world listen to the stream night after night, chat and flail. Shoot and share vids, pics. So great Smile Thank you!
