What a January – rave reviews for the concerts in UK and Europe; news about a new label, single and record; and of course, his 33rd birthday! Looks like February will just be Queen and Adam as they tour all month long wrapping up in Sheffield on the 27th. Adam won’t have any time to relax though because it will probably be single and album promotion in March and beyond. Can’t wait to hear the new single!

    Lol Cait it is completely normal reaction if you happen to be a person who carries Adam gene Wink I have never fallen before and probably never will after Adam (I am not a fangirl type person Grin ) but when I did fall, I just enjoyed it! Looking forward to your virgin live experience Smile

    Aw Cait, I am so glad you found your way here. Very few of us, if any, have people around us who understand the depth of our passion (some call it obsession, lol) and that is why this site is so great. In addition to all the videos. photos, news, etc., it is a soft place to fall, or a padded corner to go into where like minded people won’t judge you; instead they completely understand where you are coming from. It is so nice not to have to explain and justify, or hide what you are feeling. Many people just lurk and rarely, if ever pop in to comment, and, as you see, others are far more active here. Many of us have met at concerts and have created real and lasting friendships, a trend, by the way, throughout the Glambert World. Once this first overwhelming stage of your acquaintance with Adam and his music is over things will calm down a bit and you will find a way that your two worlds, real life and being a Glambert, can coexist. You will find the balance that is best for you.

    In the meantime, we will be thinking about you on Thursday while we listen to the live stream and hope that you haven’t melted into a puddle of tears from the sheer awesomeness of it all…your “old” favorite band and your new favorite singer.
    (I am not sure that I will be able to survive seeing and hearing Save Me live in Prague either, lol)

    People have been talking about how many “moves” he’s doing that seem to come from the GN tour. I noticed that lately he’s stick out his tongue…way out..when he’s belting those big notes. He did this on Idol too. someone at that time says it opens up the throat?

    I tried again on the UK charts, did much better, knew all but 1. My UK one is Help by the Beatles.

    I was thinking about that when I saw the tweet, but I am afraid there are too many problems to get over Frown I have windows phone, not ios or android and most apps are working only with those. Not to mention my technical inability to install anything without messing things totally… And I could only do it if there’s wifi on the arena. I hope there will be someone capable of doing that!

    I don’t remember which concert it was, but I saw a tweet on the twitter list from someone who was a bit hesitant about the current collab. I went to her tweets later to see what see felt after the show. Of course she loved it and tweeted that all her worries were unnecessary Smile

    HK Fan – I’d say it’s Munich, in es2012v’s vid. Exquisite, perfect performance, quiet audience, amazing sound quality. The only problem is that she cut off the last couple of notes of Bri’s guitar at the very very end. Fortunately, though, Scorpiobert on twitter patched those final ending notes onto this recording from another video (different show) that has a very similar sound quality and you can’t even hear the transition! It sounds great! Lady North posted the link to this mp3 in the Munich thread. (Sorry, I would bring it here but I’m on my phone.)

    Last days – as long as there wasnt a live stream lol – were spent watching concert videos from both tours. I had so much fun, loved every second of it. Hes so playful, so funny on stage. Natural…awesome just awesome.

    But the amount of videos is mindboggling. So if some of you have any suggestions what i have to watch, i would be really grateful. Even interviews or acoustics version. I take all lol

    I rewatched the Idol movie now i dont know how many times. And still listening with rapture, getting high on Ring Of Fire, rocking to Born To Be Wild and Whole Lotta Love, just enjoying every song again and again. Every time worth the 2 hours spent in front of it.

    That guy Martin Cox from Newcastle is a great lad. He’s in QAL fans united fb group and has been totally flailing there about Adam’s own music Big Smile His favorite of QAL is Killer Queen – and he’s straight and married Smile

    A while ago I bookmarked someone’s playlist of best Adam performances. Haven’t got time to watch it yet, but I guess these are something to start? I lost all my old bookmarks when my lap top crashed last summer Frown So I have to find best videos again…

    HKFan, I know this is pretty subjective, but I love the London 02 concert version of “Save Me”. The clarity of the video is really good, but the vocals are superb, and Adam’s final high note at the end is superlative!
