After wrapping up January with a benefit concert in New York City, Adam will have a couple of weeks off before his international Trespassing tour kicks off on February 17th in Seoul, South Korea. This show will be followed by six concerts in Japan, taking Adam and company up through the end of the month. The tour will continue in March through the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Russia and finally to Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Still no word of any additional concerts beyond March 22, so it appears unlikely at this point that we will see a full Trespassing tour here in North America.

Mike Furey is probably in his late 20’s ulti, He and Dangerous Muse have a myspace site that dates back to 2005. Hate to admit it but I started following him when Adam did, in 2010 or so – quite the stanner then. He was interesting at first, deconstructing poems by Keats in 140 characters, etc. but I think his interest in Twitter as a place to say interesting stuff waned after a while.
He rarely shows up on my feed much – too many voting and re-tweeting Glamberts clogging the machinery, lol!

Not watching Idol. This probably won’t be a popular position but I’m ambivalent about Adam’s frequent, attentive, live-tweeting about Idol. It looks a little bit like he might be campaigning for a judging job. I hate to think of him wanting it that badly and not getting it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, of course. He’s a pretty good judge of when is the right time to put up your hand up and ask to be counted. If he gets it, this might have helped. If he doesn’t, he can tell himself he did all that he could. JMO.
OK, just checked out Papa Peachez – not amazing but not bad. The “theatrical” charge again. Isn’t that good? This kid is cute, a bit of Tommy Joe in his look. Adam’s advice on “PLAY BALL” might be about PP’s saying that he was so glad Nikki was on the show – don’t mess with Mariah, lol!

Either way, he’s right! Last night was only the second episode I’ve watched this season and I wanted to see it because it was the first of Hollywood Week.
At one point I remember thinking, “Is EVERY guy on here gay?!??”
I mean, there’s gay and then there’s G-A-Y-Y-Y! The judges are taking seriously that guy with the false eyelashes, three foot long chandelier earrings and high heels?! He makes Adam’s cover photo on FYE look BUTCH in comparison.
I didn’t really hear him sing. I guess he can … and I’m the last person to ever judge a book by its cover. It’s just that he’s really kind of … “out there”.
