After wrapping up January with a benefit concert in New York City, Adam will have a couple of weeks off before his international Trespassing tour kicks off on February 17th in Seoul, South Korea. This show will be followed by six concerts in Japan, taking Adam and company up through the end of the month. The tour will continue in March through the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Russia and finally to Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Still no word of any additional concerts beyond March 22, so it appears unlikely at this point that we will see a full Trespassing tour here in North America.

jlurks, I know those 2cello guys, they opened for Elton John when hubby and I and cher and friend went to his concert here in Miami. Really really good!
Well, people, LadyNorth has sort of encouraged me to “drop this bomb,” so I confess: Hubby and I are taking the plunge and going to Finland! Just so happens it falls in the time frame of our regular vacation, PLUS I have always wanted to see that part of the world PLUS we’ll be meeting my sister and hubby in Ireland on her dream trip afterwards.
But, the real clincher was, I have been pondering it for a while so I told myself, if Adam sings “sweat” in the second line of Stay after I tweeted Brian, it’s an omen and we will go. Silly? Yes. Do I care? No. I’m a “hot-headed believer.”
So, aely, if you’re still planning to go too, maybe we can share travel plans? I’ll put my email on the Travel Planning thread.

That is wonderful news, risky lady. I believe in signs. For GN I went and bought new luggage. It had an Eiffel Tower decoration on it. Two days later Goatiegarden told me she bought us tickets and two m&g’s for Paris show. I had no intention of going but there it was…the sign.
Seems most of our suggestions have been answered. Someone must be reading here.

I just got back from the Post Office where I mailed the Ste.-Agathe DVD to jurksacto.
At the moment that I picked up the pen to fill out the Custom’s Tag, I hear the familiar strains of a guitar playing in the background.
It was “What Do You Want From Me”.
I guess I was in the right place at the right time. Outside of my own home, I’ve never heard Adam’s music played anywhere else … and just when I’m sending Adam off to California.

The word on the street is that the turtle has been doing some

Yay! My weekend plans for a soccer tournament in Atlanta were cancelled due to bad weather (cold rain and soggy fields), so now I can catch up on all the recent vids!! Just want to agree that the Korean fan art is drop-dead gorgeous and unbelievably life-like! I also will be happy to contribute to keep this site going. Adam has always channeled Elvis and Freddie to me…not easy to channel both! And lastly am very happy for riskylady…such a grand trip!!!!

riskylady, I TOTALLY believe in signs! When I was thinking about going to Paris to see Adam (I actually bought a ticket as soon as they were released, just to have as a souvenir whether or not I actually went, and didn’t think that I would) there were several signs, but I wasn’t sure. The one that finally stopped me in my tracks was a display of Danielle Steele’s book “Five Days in Paris” in a store. How much more “duh” could it get? So I bought a plane ticket!

On the way home from dinner with my husband we stopped for gas at a WAWA station. As DH was pumping gas, I suddenly heard over the outdoor loudspeaker…the opening notes of WWFM! My least favorite Adam song, but hey, it was an Adam song out and loud!
Then of course it was interrupted several times with ads for coffee and carwashes…kinda like the peeps who yell out “marry me, Adam!” but whatever…

nkd, I downloaded Elton from Kiev and yes, the 2 cellos opened for him but there is an ANNOyING announcer talking over their last piece, and then Elton starts. Maybe they were on his whole tour, too. Played for at least 20 minutes or more in Miami.
Ron, LOLOL! Let me see: Carry-on measurements: L+W+D = 45 inches! Of all the people in the universe, your tall, striking, lanky self is the LEAST probable to fit in a carry-on. But believe me, if it were just for pure good-company-and-entertainment value, I would cram you in somehow plus wardrobe and we’d be off to have a great time!!!!

The two cello guys are coming this spring to our local university’s performing arts center. May have to check them out. Willie Nelson is also coming and sold out immediately. My DH and son are big fans of his. I’ve heard some say he can’t sing a lick but with him it song interpretation. My sister who’s big into Broadway tunes and religious songs says who can not be inspired by his “You were always on my mind”. There is music for all taste, but you seldom find one like Adam who has the awesome vocals, emotional interpretation, great stage moves and gorgeous looks. Oh and he’s smart and nice too. I’ll stop now as I feel like I’m preaching to the choir.

I returned from visiting my daughter in California 3 days ago and found all these wonderful concert treats from Asia. Adam has never looked or sounded better. “Stay” is so beautiful. The Glamberts in Asia really came through with some good quality videos.
So, my birthday wish to the PTB is to schedule just a few performances of this show in the US. I’m not asking for a full tour, just a few shows. We Glamberts will travel, as we’ve proven many times in the past. And I don’t want to disappoint Krads and adamized with a slow travel year when they know how easily I’m tempted to hit the road. So, schedule some US shows, dammit!!! And while you’re at it, throw in a couple of US Queenbert shows, too. Am I being greedy? Nah…it’s my birthday and these are my wishes.

Love reading all the ‘signs’ many of you got to travel for an Adam concert…I will keep my eye out in case some higher force is trying to tell me that indeed I should travel to Singapore…
I used to love reading Danielle Steels books when I was younger Kradamour…haven’t read that one though. In fact my eldest daughter is named after her, as she was my favourite writer at the time..but I changed the e to an a to make it a bit different (Daniella).
Morning HK fan. I have been thinking about you and I am so excited for you that you will be able to see this fabulous show so soon, and with an Asian crowd, who will hopefully be as respectful and quiet as the Japanese and Korean ones were during Stay, OOL, and Underneath! I would recommend that you search in every nook and cranny until you find a sign that will tell you to go to the Singapore show.
I have been wracking my brain to see if I can go to Finland, but it just won’t work. The logistics are just to bad. Because it is so close to Passover, I could only stay for three days, and since there are no direct flights, travel time is at least 8 hours each way, mostly in the middle of the night. If I could have taken a week and travelled a bit to see the country (and if the weather would have been warmer, lol)it would have been a no brainer, but it just won’t work. I have to wait now to see if by some miracle Adam will be having a comcert somewhere in NA when I am there in July, or in October, in conjunction with my trip to Peru.
