After wrapping up January with a benefit concert in New York City, Adam will have a couple of weeks off before his international Trespassing tour kicks off on February 17th in Seoul, South Korea. This show will be followed by six concerts in Japan, taking Adam and company up through the end of the month. The tour will continue in March through the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Russia and finally to Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Still no word of any additional concerts beyond March 22, so it appears unlikely at this point that we will see a full Trespassing tour here in North America.

I love the tutkas so much…I can watch them endlessly even not understanding a single word! Katri is so wonderful and they work so well together – I love that Sauli calls her his tutka wife.
I wish that he would talk about her in a blog post, tell us what she is like, what she does when they are not doing tutka, etc.

Hi kradamour As you notice from that Queen/Adam youtube it was from July of last year. I remember seeing it then. But IMO it’s like anything else…in this case in the Queenbert bubble. Nobody will ever see this video outside of people reading a blog or just happening to come across it on youtube. The petition too. Sad.
I did gift a Queenbert dvd today to someone at work so we’ll see if I get a comment on it from her.

Besides the pep talk (which I totally believe), maybe he went & talked to Nigel Lithgo about possibly mentoring or even judging. Perhaps Nigel has wind of some of the judges leaving and wants to start up talks again. But I would hate to see him go down with a sinking ship although I believe the talent is much better this year & more people are interested in the show.
eta: wouldn’t it be a dream to have a bidding war for him between Idol, x-factor, america’s got talent & the Voice?

I’m thinking Adam was with the Idols today for some mentoring.
I’m also thinking he’s being groomed to be a judge next year.
I’m also thinking he will release the next album during the Idol season next year, just like other judges do.
And, I’m thinking he’ll sing and perform more next year, with Idols, maybe duets.
I’m also thinking he’ll perform this year after the Asian tour. ( Notice how I didn’t say “mini?” It’s a tour in my mind, 17 shows? So far?
That’s a tour for a lot of singers ).

@milwlovesadam..I was wondering the same about Johnny….Terrance is amazing but I find Johnny distracting..I think ADam should have had a female and male dancer..
Can’t wait to find out what Adam was up too…He looked awesome in the pictures that were posted…I didn’t think I would be watching any episode of Idol this year, but if Adam is on, I’m watching..
I agree lover, I’m skimming through it so far. Not liking much yet. But, it is interesting to see as many “different” guys this year, trans, out gay, and just those who are somewhat different in some way. Oh please don’t misinterpret me here. I just have a feeling that more guys who maybe were afraid to audition in past years felt more emboldened by having Nikki and Mariah as judges. They have huge gay followings. I really don’t think they are on this year because they felt a climate change in America. I think it’s about who is doing the judging.
I mean, honestly, would any of these guys have made it past Simon? Adam had to show up with his face scrubbed so clean you could eat off it. No nail polish and a plaid shirt.
And this year we had Papa Peaches, Kez Ban and several more more. Yes, I said Kez Ban, I still think we will hear more about her.

Evening everyone. LadyNorth, I hope that your ailments go away and stay away or at the very least your mind can be put at ease knowing what is going on and determining next steps.
I had mentioned awhile earlier that I think Adam is going to be on Idol when he gets back from his Anywhere but Here Tour. He seems so positive and excited about the show this year that it is hard to think there isn’t a role for him in the not too distant future.
I must admit I am addicted to “Stay” all 37 seconds of it. I don’t know how I would feel if I were Rhianna. I didn’t watch the Grammy’s but saw a brief snippet of Rhianna performing. She is absolutely stunning. I’m not sure the world could stand all the pretty if she and Adam ever did a duet.
I have to admit I was a bit dissappointed when I heard that Adam was bringing the girls and Johnny on tour. I find all three of them somewhat distracting. Oh well, it is his tour and his band and I should just shup up.
I don’t think Adam needs dancers at all on this go-round. He fills the stage now all by his lonesome. I do like backup singers, though, and I do like the visuals of the vajayjays and they give Adam more oppys for interaction for peeps on the stage.
Johnny is just a hot mess, IMHO.
I was very impressed with the job that the “back up singers” did at WAFF. The fact that they are seasoned professionals with good sound systems helped. They did just what back up singers were supposed to do: Highlight the star, not cover him up with vocals.
I hope that lesson wasn’t wasted on this tour.

Adam looked drop-dead gorgeous last night. That’s the look I like best with minimal make-up.
Kradamour, I’m the opposite, I like the dancers, well did on GNT, the 2 guys, 2 girls. And I much prefer watching the dancers and band doing an interlude..the vajayjay’s singing break on the last few concerts have been a hot mess. But I don’t like Johnny, he needs to be changed. I’d definitely like to see Sasha back.
I don’t like the Vajayjays with Adam. I just don’t think their voices mesh well with his, they’re too overpowering and sometimes sound off, and their incessant arm waving drives me crazy!!!!! And they need a wardrobe makeover…
I’m interested to see how they sound in real live when I go to the HK concert, because I’m not impressed at all on videos. Maybe they just aren’t suited to Adams music.
I thought the 2 male backup singers he had that time in London were great and sounded beautiful with his voice.
I’ve been watching Idol this year, so far I think its much better than the last 3 years, hoping it stays that way. Don’t like that the voting public have less of a say this year though.

I agree pretty much of all your post, HK fan. Really loved the male backup singers in London. My preference would be 2 guys & 1 girl.
I don’t think Adam will ever let Johnny go. He can’t do this to his friend. IMO in his mind it’s all or nothing. That may be the only way and the easiest way…just have no dancers. Maybe Adam likes the “raw-ness” or realness of a sloppy dancer like Johnny. But personally I prefer tightness, professionalism and finesse.
