Another month has arrived, the last one before Adam’s new album “Trespassing” will be released! February will hopefully see Adam’s lead single “Better Than I Know Myself” continue to gain airplay and sales. There should be a bump from the music video which is expected early this month. Meanwhile Adam will likely continue working on promo events in preparation for his upcoming album release, which is slated for March 20 here in the US. Perhaps with more promo being done ahead of the album release this time around, the next tour can begin by this summer? Enjoy the chat!

Update 2/4/2012: BTIKM music video was released Thursday night, feel quite certain we’ll be seeing plenty of it on VH1 in the next few weeks!

    I live in a small town just north of Orlando. Most of the time I’m in the car only about five minutes to go anywhere. I listen to the Orlando Mix station because I heard they played BTIKM, but have only heard it once. But it seems like I’m hearing WWFM every time I get in the car. I have hopes that they’ll start playing the new song soon. I think when it hits VH1’s countdown, they’ll be ready to start playing it on the radio.

    On VH1’s face page, go under Music, go to Artists A-Z and look up Adam’s name. That’s the direction I went.

    Thanks guys…just over 47,000 views now. Did you read any of the comments below the video? Same concerns as us. Why is it not on the top 20? It was hard to find the video since it’s not on the front page anymore. Why are they playing videos with only a few thousand votes?

    No one knows how VH1 works. Maybe it’s just a platform for new artists. Except Adele, Madonna and a couple of others. Did you see that Chris Brown was arrested for stealing a woman’s cell phone at a club? Yes, VH1…continue to play videos with this person. (international love).

    Yes, I know music is not that deep, but I think the world has gone nuts! Smile

    rainbowgal4, thanks for posting the link to the Bruno Mars song! Wow, I really love that song – have to admit that I’ve been carrying a bit of a Bruno-grudge since he beat Adam for the Grammy last year, but I have to jump on the Bruno bandwagon now (and, I thought his Grammy performance this year was one of the best of the night). What a talented guy. I can’t wait to hear Adam’s take on this song.

    Although I’m a little disappointed with the reception BTIKM is getting (I’ve always loved it – even Claude Kelley’s demo), I really think that the best is yet to come for Trespassing!

    A gal I work with (about my age) is a huge Queen fan. Knowing this fact, I told her about the upcoming festival at Sonisphere this summer. She knows nothing about Adam, so I sent her the EMA Director’s Cut video of his performance. Her response was that she thought Adam definitely was good. However, she went on to tell me that she went to the Queen/Paul Rodgers 2005 tour show in London and that Rodgers was great. Well, I decided to take a little peek at a video from that concert. No way!!
    Lambert’s voice totally outshines Rodger’s in a heartbeat.

    Was revisiting Season 8 with the links above and noticed something that made me LOL. After Adam sang “If I Can’t Have You” and Paula gave her comments, the camera showed Eber sitting there in a pair of baggy shorts, bare-legged, and wearing a ratty looking T-shirt. The shorts were so baggy, you could see clear up his leg. (Wouldn’t we have swooned if that had been Adam??) It just struck me funny that Adam is so careful about picking what he wears, and there is his father, looking like he just got back from the beach.

    I think with most of the fans when they say to Adam why are you gay, its more ‘why can’t you be straight so we could have a chance with you’ (even though they still wouldn’t have a chance in hell!), rather than ewww, gay….At least I hope so.
