That interview Happy Place podcast was the MOST I’ve ever heard Adam open up about his life and career. It’s a little heartbreaking that his great talent comes with this anxiety, and how much he beats himself up. I can sort of equate certain times with things we sort of knew, especially just when Javi was leaving as Velvet era was beginning, and he disappeared for about 3 weeks. It’s much deeper than I ever imagined, some is shocking – almost fainting at times. Must listen.Long but infinitely rewarding. ZERO makeup.

I’m blown away yet again by Adam’s honesty,his ability to articulate meaningfully, to express his feelings and experiences. He is a remarkable human. So much more than just a “celebrity .”
I’ve taken the same med. Gained 20 pounds in 4 months. Very hard to lose. Love that he filmed this without makeup and with his ginger hair and beard peeking through.
The anxiety and panic attacks and his honesty about revealing them were so revealing and touching. Makes me love and admire him even more.
