Adam using the word “Pied-à-terre” for his new home in NYC , French ?, he says it’s in Dumbo, Brooklyn, so that’s why we saw him around Brooklyn clubs and places during his last visit in NY ?
(DUMBO is an acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. So this is a different place than the New York Post in March said he looked at…Chelsea)

Becoming very gentrified.
Old apartments and renovations.
Lots of airb and bee’s (sic).
Huge promenade featured in tons of TV shows and movies. Overlooking Harbor/river and Statue of Liberty.
Last time I was there my friends had a rental with a patio as big as the apartment overlooking all of it. I felt like I was on a movie set!!
What a fantastic place for Adam to buy a condo. Very happy for him.
I used to think he would buy property near Hudson Yards or on The Highline.
I did see that Cher was surprised by the apparent diss of Adam. She was definitely giving him a well deserved boost and Kelly shot it down soooo fast. She did praise him later though.
I agree that she was being polite and deferential to Cher though.
But it was the Speed of her reaction that got me.
