It’s the last month of 2017 and it finds Adam continuing the NOTW tour with Queen. The tour ends on December 15th after 26 dates. That makes 52 shows this year as they played North America, Eu and the UK. Everyone will probably enjoy some down time as the holidays approach before gearing up for a few more shows in 2018.

They still have a lot of the cast to announce.
If it is in the style of a live concert, Adam has more than enough time to rehearse. He’s got 3 weeks from QAL until April 1st.
If it is more in the style of a play/musical, Adam has 3 weeks to rehearse a role he is very familiar with. He knows the music. He has been verbal many times about wanting to play and sing this role.
If his name always comes up for these live TV musicals, I cannot imagine that he won’t be in this one.
This is his “dream role.”

IMO, @adamlambert has often been the hall-of-famer who ups the game of those around him. To listen to him push a duet partner to new heights is to be schooled in the fine art of voice performance. To watch him with Queen, though, is to witness talent meeting its match, both ways.

Val Kilmer. So sad. Just saw a film of him being interviewed with his adult kids who are in the biz. He’s recovering from “throat cancer” and a “tracheal” procedure .
To me, working hospital medical speech, he’s looking lucky to be alive. He holds his head and neck like my patients, his voice is quite abnormal. Lucky to be able to voice and talk at all. ( I could tell which procedures he’s likely had, not for this place, too sad).
But he was so strong, handsome and talented in his prime. It’s shocking to see him now.
