2014 wraps up this month and what a year it has been. We did not get a new album but many of us got to see Adam and Queen perform live and will see them again in the UK and Europe. Adam still found time to record “Imagine” for UNICEF and starting December 1, also be part of “giveStars“ where all proceeds go to charity. Throw in a Classic Rock Award for Band of the Year and an appearance on the UK X Factor and I would say that it was a pretty good year for Adam and ALL his fans. December will probably be quieter as he prepares for the Winter 2015 Q+AL tour but we have plenty to keep us going until the tour starts. Here’s hoping that some news about the new album will be Adam’s year-end gift to us! He’s the gift that keeps on giving!! And speaking of gifts, how about spending NYE with Queen and Adam in London! What a way to ring in the New Year!!!

    HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CWM! Hope AL grants your birthday wish! (I also asked for one of those selfie pics to be put up top but my birthday isn’t for another month). I watched that Loose Women video and something melted inside me when Roger said “the position is filled.” I’ve always gotten the sense that Roger was the one that had to be won over a bit on Adam joining them, whereas for Brian – he was sold in an American Idol Finale instant (you could literally see it in his face when he was listening to Adam). So the fact that it was Roger saying this made it especially sweet!!

    I think Adam had the Elvis look for Roger. Wanted to spread his love all around to the band. Roger has said a few times that Adam has the Elvis “look “. Brian gets most of the attention. I think it’s the hair. Smile

    I am sure Adam tries to include Spike and Neil in everything too when he can.

    I’d like to add, although I posted the shower selfie challenge, that I do not really want a naked shower pic from Adam either. I do think the bare shoulder selfies are all we’re gonna get! Razz
    I thought it was cute that the guy nominated Adam for this challenge, and he was rather hot!

    Does the campaign have legs? Is it a good idea?
    I don’t know, but there’s obviously still an issue of prejudice.

    Adam’s ethereal selfies from the other night are quite enough nakedness for me! Imagination does the rest…
    So sick of the TMI we are bombarded with lately from both female and male celebrities.
    He remains tantalizingly mysterious. And we do have a few oldies like Crawl through Fire, and the sunbathing pic from Bali, to inspire imagination, plus the infinite number of fully clothed GB documented sightings….. Devil Devil
    Ahhh, corner, here I come. Hope there are some Thanksgiving leftovers.

    luval, loved the Queen fan rant you posted earlier! I know there are many Queen fans who are also getting sick of all that Adam hate. I am now a member of one facebook QAL fan group, which was founded by Queen fans who wanted to have a nice and safe place to discuss QAL without hate. Lot of glamberts there too.

    Because I’m greedy I wanted Queenbert to play Times Square on NYE. But as fate would have it, Adam is part of the “Imagine” video that will premier on the big screen in Times Square. So kind of awesome that he will help usher in 2015 in both places.

    Okay, so I have a question, will be be stuck on our computers on NYE or will we have something to DVR?

    I think we will not have TV in the States, just a livestream? Right?

    Wonder if BBC1 will realize that they have a potential monster on their hands and change how this will be broadcast?

    Wonder if we should start a campaign to message them about how many people could/would watch this worldwide?
