With his appearances on Glee and concerts in December, Adam continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. This month he will be performing at a TrevorLIVE event and has 2 concerts scheduled: one at the Hard Rock on Dec. 29 and one at the WinStar World Casino to ring in the New Year on Dec. 31. It’s a great way to Trespass into 2014.

Here’s to a December filled with Glambert cheer and a 2014 full of opportunities!

    I love the shoes! Perfect rock star touch to a serious tuxedo. Wonder if they’re by that Asian designer of the gray VMA (?) shoes? If so, nice homage to Asia.
    I also love that he cares enough to make the appearance at the event. Don’t think the other nominees would’ve. Even if his management had recommended it, he didn’t have to…..

    Love the shoes!!! They are in GaGa height territory. He can really walk in them. (he has years of experience. Smile. About 4,6 inches?

    I have a pair like that but without the soles, of course. Yup…dancing shoes.

    You just don’t want to walk on a small pebble. Can twist or break an ankle!

    Oh mine someone looks smoking hot once again in that suit! But I am not a big fan of those shoes Grin Maybe I should because I am a short person Wink I noticed on a video (about receiving the award) that Adam had to bend a lot to reach the mic on Chinese guy’s hand.

I hope you had lots of fun Big Smile. rs, what a weather horror show you have had! I wish I could have half of your snow, our snow has all melted and it’s gonna be a non-white Christmas Frown I am a snow lover… But a lot of snow without adequate/sufficient equipment how to handle it is quite catastrophic. Stay safe and don’t fall down on the streets!

    lol… That’s Rob his road manager. He’s trying to look a little hip spiking his hair. I think I mentioned in the past that I feel “safe” with his sidekick Rob near him. I like him better than Dana and whats-her-face.

    Want to say I love this whole China thing. It is sooooo classy and beautiful. The master of cermony speaks perfect English. I’m ashamed I can’t speak any other language. You can tell they put lots of money & work into this event. And have no words for Adam. He just melts my heart and I’ll bet those kids in the audience just wanted to break out screaming.

    Hi rs…
    I don;t know if it was shown on local tv, to be honest I never thought to look. There are only 2 terrestial English speaking stations, and 2 main Chinese ones, but we don’t get any of them, no aerial.
    Maybe I’ll have a look to see if it will get aired on MTV Asia or Channel V.

    So did he win the other award?? Can’t see it anywhere apart from that one article.

    I don’t really like the shoes, I like the top part but think the bottom part is too high, just looks like a bit of black plastic stuck on the bottom. But I do like the way they bring a bit of edge to an otherwise formal suit.

    Funny pic to me. I don’t know Rob, but I like him although I do remember the recent Miami situation where he wasn’t so nice to fans. Wish we knew the other side of the story.

    Chinese is not an easy language to learn. I have lived here over 16 years and know about 3 words….When I listen to people talk I can’t even hear when one word ends and another word begins, or hear the tones.
    In Mandarin (mainland Chinese) each word has 4 tones, which gives it 4 completely different meanings, in Cantonese (HK and Canton region Language), each word has 6 tones, so 6 different meanings, for example maa could mean horse, mother, scold, hemp etc depending on the tone you use. Its very easy to say the wrong thing in Chinese. And unlike European languages, there are no visual clues with the written words either.

    You could be right. So much secrecy around that boy these days. My boss at work that I show most of his photos to commented to me today that she noticed that he’s lost a lot of weight. I’ll tell her about him scarfing down the pizza.

    It occurs to me one (of many) reasons why the Chinese, Japanese and Asians in general love Adam: He is unfailingly respectful and polite and courteous and kind. He’s the opposite of the “ugly boorish American.” (There are many out there traveling in other countries.) Just from books I’ve read, isn’t politeness an important part of the culture?
    And then we have his resemblance to some of the emo characters, plus the height and voice…

    I’ll repeat what I said before…I love everything about this trip to China. From getting off the plane (love those airport videos) to the award to the cute one-eyebrow raise to Rob, to the points you made, riskylady, about him being respectful and polite.

    Oh…and the tux & shoes!!!!

    I love how he put the huge crazy-shoe twist on the formal tuxedo look. He’s so creative and fearless with his fashion. Love it, love him.

    I wonder if that guy thought that Hans was Adam’s boyfriend, since from Hans’ martini posts on Instagram, it was obvious that he and Adam were hanging out together for at least part of the time at the party.

    I’m still kinda curious why Hans was there, saying that he was there “because of Adam.” Do you suppose he was working on some Adam-related art or jewelry deal? Or he just went as a traveling companion? Hmmmm…
