With his appearances on Glee and concerts in December, Adam continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. This month he will be performing at a TrevorLIVE event and has 2 concerts scheduled: one at the Hard Rock on Dec. 29 and one at the WinStar World Casino to ring in the New Year on Dec. 31. It’s a great way to Trespass into 2014.

Here’s to a December filled with Glambert cheer and a 2014 full of opportunities!

    Still have electricity but 13,000 homes in Jerusalem are still without. The problem is trees falling on the electricity lines. In the big snow of 1992 I was without electricity to heat for 64 hours! And mils We do have indoor heating and even air conditioning, lol. You haven’t been here in a while.

    Meanwhile my home internet has crashed so I am using the roving 3G on my iPad. The tech people have bigger problems than mine to deal with, so I can’t call and complain. Don’t want to stay on long and there go my plans for watching some TV shows on the internet today.

    Just popping in to say that I love all of the goodies we’ve gotten lately. Queen tour news from Dr. Bri, Glee news from Lea about Rachel/Elliott, new puppet video, gorgeous photos (yet again) from the WOWies… WHOOOWEEEE I love it! All of it!

    We just unfroze from our deep freeze and the kids finally went back to school on Friday after a whole week off from school due to snowy and icy road conditions. It was rather nuts for us.

    nkd – It was so good to see your posts on Thursday evening! I had been wondering and worrying a bit about you because we hadn’t seen you in so long and I missed your lovely presence here. So it’s great to see you back! Heart

    Thanks to those who have expressed concern over the weather situation here. I consider myself lucky that my electricity has held up for the duration of the storm. It is almost over, but now the melting snow will freeze every night, which will be extremely dangerous for those venturing out from under the snow to drive. I have seen snow here many times, but never anything like this. The city is still under siege, and for the first time in history here were trains from Jerusalem (or anywhere in the country) on the Sabbath, but it was the only way for some of the stranded people to get home. They didn’t charge for the ride, though, lol. To get an idea, just go to you-tube and type in Snow in Jerusalem and there are pages and pages of vids.

    asif, did you see that there was even snow in SA, your old home?

    And by the way, those gorgeous pics, as well as the Glee duet news, and especially the hints of a NA QAL concert tour next year have kept my heart warm during these past few days. If it is a good time, I will have to see if I can arrange another visit.

    Even though Adam has no new music of his own out right now, he seems to be busy time after time – Glee, red carpets, partying and of course, shopping. So it’s fitting that this week’s crossword looks at “Cherry Blossom Time” at this moment in time.

    LOL, rs, we were just there a couple of years ago, and, no, relatives have not installed heat or AC. Nobody in their buildings have either!!

    In my in-laws city, vendors don’t even have ice!! In the summer!! Honestly!!

    That interview with Brian seems like his meager attempt to backpeddle a bit. He is so quiet spoken and under-stated. Rather charming fellow.

    Have you guys heard Lea’s new song, from Ellen the other day, written by Sia, to help her recover from Cory’s death. I’m really liking this. Hope she has success with it. I could also envision an acoustic of this.

    Dear rs, please stay warm and dry. You are definitely experiencing a rare occurrence. It sounds like folks aren’t doing so well with the flooding. I remember going from my kibbutz in the Jordan valley where it was warm and sunny to my friend’s kibbutz in the Golan Heights where there was tons of snow. There were space heaters there but no AC or central heating that I recall. Of course this was only a “few” years ago when I was in my early 20s.

    Lots of exciting news for 2014. Just hoping that my non-Adam travel plans don’t interfere with the mini Queenbert tour.

    Adam’s godchild had a health scare over the Thanksgiving holiday. Hadn’t heard about it and hadn’t seen it posted here. You can read about it at http://www.thelilmamas.com/scarlett-my-thanksgiving-blessing/. A real scare for the parents. Glad little Riff is fine now. The photo on the escalator, someone on another blog said is at least part off or all of Semi Precious Weapon with Adam. Stated he and Justin and maybe other had dinner together. If so I hope this means new music was a topic.

    How scary to read about Riffs health scare over Thanksgiving, glad to hear it all turned out OK. And I can sympathise with them over the bedside manner of that one particular doctor, I have come across a couple like that with my son.

    I think your cold weather is heading this way rs….dropping down to 11c in town tonight, around 8c where we are….I know it doesn’t sound that cold but when you live in an uninsulated concrete box with no heating, it gets pretty chilly indoors…

    Stay warm HK fan. I went out for a walk today and it was gorgeous. Took lots of pictures, Blue sky, snow on the ground, very cold. Trees and branches down all over the place, including telephone poles and telephone wires. It is going to take a few days to get my car out of the snow bank piled up all around it. 6,000 families still without electricity in the Jerusalem area, 14,000 in he whole country. They are saying that there hasn’t been a storm like this, and so early in the year, in 137 years! Damages estimated at $86 million.

    I got it to open, oh what a scary situation! So many of us have been in similar scenes with our kids, illnesses, injuries, heartbreaks and ultimately, everything is okay. Some of those doctors need to take a course in bedside manner. I see it every day where I work, so do others who work in healthcare.

    What a cutie pie Riffy is, and what great parents he has.

    RIP Peter O’Toole. Loved him in so many roles, but, it was in My Favorite Year that he really shined. Love that movie, it’s so sweet and funny. “I’m not an actor, I’m a movie star!!”
