December has arrived and that means that 2012 will soon be over. Adam has been “trespassing” all around the world lately and currently finds himself in China and will wrap up his 2012 with a New Years Eve concert in Bali. But before the year ends with a bang there is plenty to do on his home turf. He heads to NY for “Cyndi Lauper and Friends” and a TV appearance, then hops across country for a radio event and a little “Diva” hosting thang.
A lot of holiday cheer to look forward to!
Choosing a photo for the monthly threads is never easy. However, it’s his most recent look that is getting attention. Since it may not last long, I thought that most of you would enjoy the look from the Mnet Awards – fierce, defiant, always unpredictable Adam.

This is one of the big things that caught my attention very early on during Adam’s stint on American Idol. He is truly a genius at knowing exactly how to keep his fans glued, interested, and talking. Of course, the basic raw talent and good looks don’t hurt, either.
firstimerob…lol…That’s the first thing I thought of when I saw him on the red carpet. Should have been deep purple or deep blue lining IMO.
I like the black and white contrast. I think the designer knew exactly what he was doing! I also think that with the white contrast it allows the wearer to show off what he’s wearing in terms of pants. And, um, our guy sure knows how to
stuffwear a pair of pants!!Speaking of which, on close inspection, has anybody else noticed how the Dragon Attack pants have several inseams? There were a couple of pics from the other day that showed them super close.

I’m wondering if the hair down is simply due to it being too long to , um, stay up. Lately it has been falling over. He has sideburns and it is long over his ears. I absolutely love it.

I think it was more that they didn’t like Queen. It just confirms what we keep hearing–rock music is dead. Most of the family like Adam (not all, of course) but they do not follow him like I do. My youngest daughter who went to Glam Nation wouldn’t even buy his new record because of the profanity. Her daughter loved to sing along on FYE, but she didn’t want her singing some of the new songs. When the family heard some of the familiar Queen songs, they’d stop and watch–as in Who Wants to Live Forever. Not sure I’m inviting any family members to come with me to the next concert. I want to be with people who love him as much as I do!

Ellessay,don’t get discouraged, Adam is here for YOUR entertainment, not your family and friends. If they like him,fine,if they don’t ,also fine. Everybody has different taste in music,movies and books. I personally hate being told what’s good for me..
Still sick so missing out on so much! But, I have a great Queenbert story from Thanksgiving. I had given my nephew one of Jlurks dvd by request and had no idea if he would actually watch it. I got to my sister’ house early to help and she said “go into the game room” so I went. There is my BIL, and both nephews (8,10) playing thier guitars (badly) jamming,guitar hero style, to the DVD to I Want It All. They all got guitars for Christmas last year. We moved it out to the living room so we could listen while cooking. Then my other sister and her family showed up. Her kids are 1 and 2 and we were having a dance party. Her husband is a singer in a band and he likes all music. After WWTLF he walks into the kitchen and says wow, wouldn’t want to have to sing with him and starts asking all kinds of questions.(I gave him my spare DVD) Yes, that all made me happy but the best part was this.
My sister said 10 yr nephew wears his Queenbert shirt and the first time he wore it kids were laughing at “queen”(not Adam) and he told them they were stupid because they all know some of their songs. I had also given him a video of Queen in concert with the live aid part to watch. He started reading about Freddie and Adam. He went to my sister to talk about being gay. After their talk he says, I just don’t get it and my sister asked what he didn’t understand and he said why does it matter? My sister said it doesn’t.
There is alot of hope there.

Maybe they’ll go directly from Bali to Vietnam, then come back to put more finishing touches on the tour, then back to Korea mid-Feb, and on to Japan, Philippines, Russia and Finland. Saw a rumor about Jakarta too.
