Can’t squee, can’t flail, can’t talk now.
I’m very distressed, downcast and sad.

After this I’ll go and listen to BTIKIM to my heart’s content, no matter if it’s not good quality or muddy or not crisp clear as crystal.
I have spent 2 hours trying to download BTIKM, but no success.
I’m at the wrong place and the wrong country.

Amazon mp3 can’t process it to other countries outside the US.
iTunes store is not available for my region.
I tried to create an iTunes account using my relatives’ address in the US. Still got rejected.
Almost got postal.
Good thing nobody’s home right now.

Something just occured to me, correct me if I’m wrong. YeahRight is clearly seeking attention, just read her comments on MJ, she is totally ignoring what people are saying to her, and is mumbling the same stuff over and over, so people are responding to her.

I’ve learnt to walk a fine line at mjs.
I’ve been there even before AI 8 finished, only lurked. I started to post to defend Adam and got modded a few times after the results and during AI8 Tour. It was the most toxic time then. A lot of Adam’s fans whom I admired left and started their own sites (PF and Atop) . I was left behind until I found you guys and we branched out to be adamlambertlive here. Basicly, I’m always here and committed.
Re: MJ’s – what I’ve learned to do after being there for many years (and having the scars) is simply to ignore the crap and just go ahead and post the most glowing, over-the-top (if there is such a thing with Adam) post I can come up with. Annoys the sheeet out of the trolls.
I love this song through and through. His voice on certain words (e.g., “obnoxious”) is thrilling. The fluidity of his phrasing knocks me over. The man is an effin genius.

I still don’t get the itunes dl because I can’t access to itunes store. They block me. But I’m OK. Soon, Adam will sing it LIVE. Then I’ll be in heaven instead of hell right now.

I agree with eywflyer’s critique on the song. Like I said it’s SLOWLY growing on me but there’s no time in today’s radio for a song to grow slowly. People move on. On the smash or trash virgin radio last night the callers would say they love Adam and that’s why they voted. Not one mentioned they loved the song. So we’ll see!

Just bought the song and I LOVE it. It’s become totally addictive to me at this point, especially now with how rich, clean, and clear the itunes download is.
I’m thrilled to be buying new music from Adam again. Heck, I might as well just open up my wallet and invite Adam to take what he wants out of it, cuz the joy he brings me is priceless.

That video of Adam arriving at the airport alone kind of bothers me. I agree with mils in that I hate all the cray-crays seeing him “alone” like that. He seemed so tired but tried so hard to be nice to the fans. He was exhausted, they were experiencing an encounter that they will remember for a lifetime – he got that and was trying his hardest to make it good. He is just the sweetest boy. Although I obviously don’t know the circumstances, wish Sauli had sent a buddy to pick Adam up.

luval and eywflyer, ITA with all of your comments. The music world is too competitive now to release anything that won’t grab peeps immediately on the first listen.
I just downloaded the clean AO version and the quality is magnificent, the voice does come through, but it still
lags for me, I get bored after about a minute and a half, and it almost sounds like Adam is trying a little too hard (not vocally, but trying too hard to please us).
I finally did make it through to the end, after the third listen. I don’t get the sleepwalker drift off into the sunset ending, now that I have heard it. Or the strange opening. (shakes head)
I like it a little better than I did, but that is damning with faint praise.
Live, it will be amazing. Can’t wait for that!!!
Radio? Sounding a little dated is particularly dangerous (IMHO) for an artist who is already a little old for a nascent radio career.

I felt uncomfortably like a voyeur when I watched the Helsinki airport vid, I have erased it from my computer. Adam did not intend or want to be seen, for entirely valid reasons, exhausted from another performance where he undoubtedly gave his all to the fans there, and I think I want to respect what little shred of privacy he might still have.
Hope he and Sauli can just cocoon and reconnect and meet the family with only minimal intrusion.
To be fair to MJ, yesterday night (or rather very early this morning) she deleted a whole bunch of YR comments with corresponding responses. Must’ve came to the same conclusion, that YR is just airing her mouth. This morning YR is at this all over again, making the same comments, and peeps are giving her the same responses. Total waste of time.

I would love to know who made the final decision on releasing this as the first single. Several of you commented on the “seems dated” thing. Yet Adam mentioned the new album to be new, modern and fresh or something like that. I don’t hear the “sounds dated” issue but then again usher, Jason derulo, Tao cruz and the like have the hits. Euro techno stuff is big too. I didn’t want to wait until his second single.

I think you don’t need to worry or feel uncomfortable about BB at Finland Airport. I know you love him and care about him. (Motherly love!!!)
I think Adam got plenty of sleep on the plane. I think he flew first class or business class. He was treated well. He would gain a few hours flying west from Shanghai to Finland.
I travel long distance a lot … in economy class with little space and legroom to move. Dinner tray is always sitting on my stomach and under my chin. But after dinner I just put a sign do not disturb, have my ipod with Adam’s music on and I sleep like a baby until I reach the destination. Refresh and ready. Flying back east is another story. The opposite. Feel like sheeeeet. And then have to go back to work the next day or in a few hours.
Adam and Sauli might have arranged this trip before. The glitch was that a ninja from Shanghai reported on him leaving before his scheduled time to LA. So that’s why it wasn’t incognito.
I think Finland people at the airport were nice and polite.
Adam was a little tired but happy to be there. It’s his bf’s country and people.
OOOOOOOOOOOh …. Sauli in a robe. My mind went to the gutter.
But I think it wasn’t taken by Adam. Sauli might have just got out from sauna and rested. His sister might have taken that photo. It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I think we worry too much. I don’t listen to radio, and of course I don’t know what I would think if I didn’t know it was Adam singing this song, but as it stands I really like hearing it. To me it sounds ultra modern!
What makes me very optimistic is the fact that radio is already playing this song, so it can only get better! I predict a lot of good things for the single and the album.

Hi guys! YeahRight is a pain, for sure, but I love how she/he extends the conversation on MJ’s and makes Adam’s threads so much longer than anyone else’s. It’s like the Christians for a Moral America providing a link to BTIKM on VEVO. Their intentions aren’t good but the IQ is a lacking….
I actually loved the videos of Adam in the airport. He did get a bit (justifiably) short when asked prying questions about his stay but, otherwise, there was a big beamer on his face, even in the cab.
Re: being alone in the airport – some people think the re-route was a last minute decision by Adam. Very romantic! You’re far from home and thinking about where you’re going next and suddenly realize you don’t want to go anywhere except where the boyfriend is. Also, Sauli may already have left Helsinki, The timing of his big party suggests that he might have been leaving the city for wherever his family is.
Anyway, in my imagination, please cue to “I’ll be home for Christmas, you can count on me…” Adam decided to turn “If only in my dreams” into “If only ‘cos of you”.
