After a very eventful past month for Adam and his fans, December has arrived. Adam enjoyed quite a bit of publicity during November, including an epic performance with Queen at the EMAs, a Rolling Stone interview, a mentoring appearance on Majors & Minors, and his return to the AMA stage (unfortunately only as a presenter this time around). Still no new music for us to enjoy with our holiday feasts, but all the signs currently point to the lead single from Adam’s new album being released in January.

Update 7 PM 12/14: as per Adam’s tweets today, “Better Than I Know Myself”, the lead single from his new album “Trespassing”, will be released on Tuesday, December 20th!

    An apology cannot undo the harm done by a thoughtless (or intentionally mean) comment. GQ needs to grow up and take a more mature stance. When you publish a magazine you cannot just say every stupid thing that pops into your mind. That is my opinion at least.

    I agree, turquoisewaters. Their “joke” was offensive and pathetic. Furthermore, I found that apology to be quite lame and insincere. They did not apologize to Adam directly. Funny how they had no problem including his @ reply in their insult, but couldn’t find their way to including his @ reply in their apology. Very immature. I think it’s pretty clear who has the testosterone problem here, and it’s definitely NOT Adam!

    Did you notice the thingie like tail hanging on Sauli’s belt.
    Adam wore that a lot on Idol.

    Hi Everyone,

    Greetings and Happy Holidays from Duluth Georgia!! I have lurked a bit here and there but have been working so hard finding a house, getting us packed and moved, now for the last two weeks getting us settled in..OMG so much work. I am finished today and focused now on the holidays. House is decorated, just need to buy a few gifts and do a little baking and I think I may have pulled this off!!!! The week between Christmas and New Years is MINE to do as I please!!!!!

    As you all know, there is usually something that gets lost or damaged in a move. There are a few pieces of furniture that got “rubbed” the wrong way of course, but the big loss is all the recordings I had on my UVerse DVR. The technician reset the damn thing without asking me and it was ALL deleted. From what I can gather talking to customer service, that is not supposed to happen like that. I am sick to death because that is all that I had other than my GNT DVD. Does anyone have the ability to make a copy for me of any of the TV appearances (Leno, Ellen, Oprah) interviews, EMA appearance, those appearances that would have been recorded? OMG, I also had ALL of the Idol competition recorded as well. I will be happy to pay for any expense involved? Please let me know if it is possible. I was just sick when I discovered this.

    PlanetFierce – what a terrible thing to happen – If it is any solace, I’m sure there are copies available for just about everything you lost. I have many and have never downloaded them to anything but my iPod. If other more tech people here can’t do it for you, I would certainly be glad to make the attempt. A big hug to you – Lee

    sorry to hear about the loss of your Adam recordings. It seems most of the ones you are mentioning are on youtube. Can’t they be downloaded and burned to a disc, or is that not possible?

    thanks for that pic, dcglam – I was struck by how much Adam looks like Neil in that photo.

    I love that Adam and Sauli do interesting things together. Good for the relationship and good for us with cool pics!

    PlanetFierce, that was brave to move during the holidays! Congrats on the success – sending sympathy for the lost Adam collection, but truly it is all out there (and we keep finding new items that haven’t come to light before!) for recuperation.
    And this time you can organize it better – if you are like me, I started to set up a system, but it is hopelessly byzantine. I’d love to have time to sit and start over, but I think I have to keep my Adam maze at least for now. I hope you will have time to really have a plan before you start to rebuild your collection.

    @PlanetFierce…glad to hear you are getting settled in. I missed your posts. Sorry for your lost of your Adam goodies…Hopefully someone can help you out. There is someone on Idolforums that I am pretty sure has everything Adam that could probably get you want you need or direct you to someone.

    Think it’s the eyebrows in the pic that emphasize the brotherly connection. Adam is so attractive and, while Neil isn’t homely, his looks have no appeal for me at all. Perhaps he doesn’t take a good picture.

    Thinking of the Amway event. Has it been pretty much decided that this is a concert to start packing away money for his Tour? Maybe a sponsor?

    If Amway does the sponsoring, two different groups of people will have raised eyebrows, I’m sure.

    Good Morning! Thanks everyone for your support (as always) and input on how to recoup my treasures!! I am actually going to go enjoy a bit of mall shopping today for the first time since we arrived without thinking about what needs to be done at home….this will be FUN!!!!

    I guess I got all my hard work out of the way just in time before the madness begins at 5PM. Talk about good timing, heh heh!!!

    I can’t explain how much I want Adam to be REALLY successful with this second album. It seems like the DJ’s are on board and that is a big first step…fingers crossed Laugh

    PlanetFierce so glad you are settled in for the holidays! Like Kradamour’s approach to rebuilding your Adam library as a way to make it even better. Just think in a couple of days you will have lots of new stuff to add.

    Where is everyone? Why aren’t they up and flailing about the big “unvieling”??? Very funny tweet saying ” How difficut is your belt buckle?” or something like that. I will be in a meeting a 5pm EST and then off to a holiday party. It will be hard for me not to rush home. CRAP!!!
