After a killer Queen + Adam Lambert of a July, the 5-star QAL tour is soon to wind down with only 3 concerts left. It wraps up in Houston, Texas and then the guys have a well-deserved break. Hopefully, we’ll get some more new music from Adam – or it will be the sound of crickets here for awhile – until they get together again for the UK/European leg in November.

    Well, finally finished my recap of my on-stage experience in Newark, posted there.
    Just adding: what a fun trip with luval, mils, nkd, cwm, mmm222, adamized. Very sadly, rs was unable to join us due to her dad’s health. And we picked up others along the way, meeting asif, sparkle, glambot and some friends too.
    I was the room ho, roomed with delightful entertaining and lullabying mils in Newark, with TwoFux-whistling video queen cwm in Brooklyn, and planner magnifique mmm222 in Philly.
    Btw, a wonderful Queenie Brit couple member of ScubaDan’s entourage was staying at our Philly hotel, lovely couple and love Adam since seeing him at the Apollo in 2012. The guy said Adam gave him goosebumps by the second song and he knew he was a keeper!
    Rode the NY subway for the first time, and the drive from Newark to Brooklyn with luval reading written instructions in one hand while driving in NY traffic, with nkd confirming them from her phone in the passenger seat was also a first. Amazing driving!!
    Had a fun decompression day in Baltimore with mmm222 and adamized, visiting Fort McKinley, a fab museum and crabcakes on the waterfront.
    Hated for it to end, but that’s true of every trip. Carpe Diem, words to live by!

    He says he’s a solid C-lister

    They talk about his gorgeous nose

    At 35 yrs old he’s “coming to a head with fear again”. RuPaul reassures him everything will be ok. He’ll always be working.

    The interview is very very long. It’s good to take it in small doses if you want.
