Adam has been logging a lot of air miles as he has been travelling back and forth between the US and Australia. Having wrapped up the X-Factor Boot Camp, Adam is set to perform on ABC’s Greatest Hits show on August 4th. Then perhaps it’s back to X-Factor for the next step before the live shows. Previous years had the super house visits which have been filmed in London, LA, New York and Abu Dhabi. Those were to reduce the larger groups down to three for the live shows. This time, it might be different given that each judge already had to narrow their choices down to the Top three.
So who knows for sure what Adam will be up to! Perhaps some rehearsals with Queen before their concerts in September?

I finally watched Brian Justin Crumm on AGT & I think I see why he isn’t for me. Watching him sing I don’t see or hear any “soul” if you know what I mean. Adam’s songs touch me to my inner being. There is nothing with BJC. It’s like a blank face & voice that goes nowhere. At least to me. He has a nice voice and that’s where it stops.
Agreed luval. Nobody sends me “there” like Adam. His voice, his persona, his “Adamness” just slays me, every single time.
But, in the context of AGT, Crumm will go far. The little girl will win, hands down.

Broken vid just passed 500k on YT, song has 1.7 million streams on Spotify alone.
Also, what’s with saying, “Adam’s older than me.” 6 years. But he looks older than Adam, in fact, his DOB is nowhere to be found, I looked everywhere.
The only thing I found is his audition on AGT about 30 seconds in. But it’s him saying he’s 28 years old which doesn’t mean anything. Same with wiki. I think he’s in his middle to late 30’s.

Watch BJC release an album and it go to number one and be played all over the radio because of his back story. Blah, seems nice but is riding on the coattails of an older friend or acquaintance. And said person will praise his songs like crazy. I really did not like In the Air Tonight, I even watched it twice to make sure, I remember when Ryan Star sang it on Rock Star, it was mesmerizing. I would love to hear Adam sing it.
Adam mention about their connection, being from San Diego, and having the same voice teacher.
I really feel he has watched many Adam video’s, and has used them to his benefit. Copy Cat without the voice or charisma. He still wears the cloak of being a “victim’.
I know how I may sound, but that’s what & feel and see.
I don’t care for his voice at all. There is no life to his singing, and no distinct tone. Just a good singer. No ‘it’ factor what so ever.

Hi gang – I just wanted to drop by and say hi! Things have finally slowed down a bit for me this month, before the pace picks back up again in September, and I’ve had a chance to breathe some and catch up here.
It also helps that I was on vacation the same week that Adam was on vacation in Greece with his friends. I’m so glad that he had such a great time in such a beautiful, relaxing, fun, and sexy place. And to be there with a bunch of close friends makes it all the more fun. And we get to speculate about all the different sorts of fun that might have been had with that gaggle of hot, sexy men together! *mops brow*
Oh and count me among those that loves Broken! Adam’s voice is so warm, inviting, clear, and expressive on that track, I just love to hear his vocals. And the chorus refrain is so catchy that I happily find it getting stuck in my head for days at a time. I also love his harmonies and the way the bass and drum lines build up under his vocal lines.
Turns out that I’m also one of those who love both of Adam’s other “broken” songs. In fact, Broken Open and Broken English are among my top 2-3 songs on each of their respective albums!
I also loved that wonderful unexpected surprise that we got when The Original High demo leaked. What a treat that was!
Looking forward to QAL shows starting up again, then can’t wait for RHPS in October! Always been a fan of RHPS and I’m excited to see how they re-envision it for this reboot. And Adam will be fantastic as Eddie, of course.
Happy Birthday to HK Fan and all of the other recent birthdays I missed! I’m sorry that I can’t make it here as often anymore given my ridiculous work schedule, but I still love Adam and all of you and ALL as a place to sneak away to chat and share about Adam!

I also like the tidbit in Johnny’s comment about how they stayed up all night, laughing in the morning about the night before. Good times with good friends. From all indications, it sounds like they all had a ball on their vacation, which makes me happy for Adam and his friends.
